GoogleIf I could give less I would. A while a go went through them to buy a flat. I have to go to see flats in 3 different times because the flats that they showed me were already sold. When I got finally to see one vacant flat they gave the wrong form to fill and didn't explain it to me before I payed the reservation fee that the building was having problems with lenders to get mortgages from. Had to require external services to solve my issue. Unprofessional and uncoppuncoope and untruthful. Worst agency I had to deal with.

GoogleWe have relocated from Essex to Derbyshire and during this highly stressful time we have had the pleasure of being assisted mainly by Rhys and Leoni at Bagshaws. They have made this whole process a lot less worrying and been accommodating in any way they could. Would highly recommend Bagshaws and congratulate them for having such lovely staff. Yet to have any problems with the property which will be the real test of an estate agent but very happy to date.

GoogleBeen conversing with Sophie for a while from the letting side about various properties, she's been so helpful and informative and not been phased by any questions we've had. We're new to the renting side of things and she's been nothing but supportive throughout. Seeing a couple of properties we have met William who again was helpful and friendly and made the viewing process easier for us both and answered any questions we had, we will definitely be sticking with bagshaws through, thank you for your help!

GoogleAbsolutely DiSGUSTED with this company. After finally putting in an offer on a prooerty (via email and I've the phone) we arranged a final viewing yet were not told whether our offer had been accepted, for over 4 days. However, the day before we were due to see the property for the final time and meet the vendor, we receive a call at 5pm saying the property has has exchanged with someone else and they denied ever receiving our offer. After incurring huge expenses and eating a lot of time (trip 3 hours north from derby, hotel expenses not to mention the time wasted doing costings and meeting contractors etc) we were told we could not know what the property sold for, meaning we never would have had chance to increase our offer. Unprofitable, rude and shockingly inadequate staff at this horrible company. Will NEVER use Bagshaws again and will be taking them to the samll claims court for loss of earnings, time wasted and expenses. Avoid at all costs!!!!

GoogleThe branch is very professional from the first valuation appointment to completion. We have had a great experience with everyone we have dealt with, but in particular with Steven. He must have so many sales to manage but his customer services style is such l, that you feel like you’re his priority. I highly recommend the branch for your house sale.
