Vicky was absolutely amazing! I couldn't recommend her enough. She was efficient getting the ball rolling and sorting everything. In under four weeks from viewing the property we had gone from nothing to having our mortgage accepted. If anything we couldn't keep up with her. Both she and Luke kept us up to date, contacting us regulaly with updates. She is worth every penny. Finally thank you so much.

After the death of both of my parents 5 weeks apart, needed a valuation of their house for probate. An appointment was set for 11am. By half 11, no sign and no call to say where they were. Called the office, who then said, oh its not like him to be late, let me call him for you, I said thank you, she then said, OK then bye, and put the phone down! After nearly an hour late, he turned up and advised that he would get the valuation in an email to me Monday, today is Tuesday so again called the office to be told he's not in today. So an important valuation needed to get paperwork sorted for probate, has been held up by a shoddy customer service estate agents. Would recommend looking for a different company who have at the very least customer service skills

We had someone come out to value our home so we can put it on the market, weeks later we still received no communication from them so we decided to go elsewhere, we didn’t want to be the ones doing the chasing up. Fast forward a couple of months we constantly get calls from them asking if we are still looking to put our house up for sale, we explained that its already been sold and we’ve found a property to purchase, they say they’ll update their system so we don’t get more calls. Every 2 weeks we get the same exact call!! I tell them to stop calling and to update their system and somehow they still call and ask the same question!! I’ve now blocked their number because it’s getting ridiculous 🤦🏼‍♀️

Very disappointed! We recently viewed a property and the estate agent who shown us round was lovely, we put it an offer for property and had no more contact despite calling several times! After a week of various calls we spoke to Steven, who claimed he had called us to let us know outcome which was untrue! he then continued to say he definitely let everyone know the outcome, insinuating we were lying!

Never had an issue with the sales team but the letting side of the business has had no end of issues that are not sorted. I rent my house not for profit but while I was living with my partner. No end of issues, referred to their management team most of the time who just charge fee after fee. Now the tenancy is over they want another £30 for deposit disputes and I still have to do all the work myself. I would honestly recommend avoided this business.

As new immigrants into the UK, we were turned down so many times by other agents and it was pretty much difficult to get our first rental. It was rather depressing and overwhelming as the whole process was new to us. But Rhys was very helpful and ensured we got a property at the end of the day. From viewing to giving out keys, Rhys was very responsive and ensured we had the right answers to douse our anxieties. Appointment booked no show no messages had to phone them.When the person who was supposed to show up phoned back after I phoned the office to see where he was told me he was running late and could we re arrange not gonna was my time with them if they can't even leave a message or drop me an email time wasters !
