Disappointed ! They will win you over before signing the contract but once you do, you are no longer a priority! We have moved in 3 weeks ago, they didn’t hand us a post mail key which is a necessity! What’s the point of getting a permanent address if you can’t get a hold of your mail! A lot of things are pending because they just couldn’t care less about our situation. Moreover, we have been living without a fridge since we moved in although all appliances are included in the rent! We have informed them on the very first day we arrived, emailed and called every single person we have a contact with, filled every form and applied in every website they sent to us only to have nothing in return! Keeping in mind that we have visited their office twice with all the problems we are facing (am just mentioning two here) yet it was completely futile! You would think that renting through an agency would bring you mind peace especially with relocating and all the stress that follows, yet you will find yourself more stressed, don’t have access to your mail and living without any food in the apartment! And the cherry on top is that the people who are supposed to help are giving you empty promises once a week. Well, maybe I have a better chance in them replying to my complaint here rather than emails, phone calls or even A PERSONAL VISIT TO THE OFFICE! Funny isn’t it ?

Have to say we feel very let down by Ashley Adams in Derby. As soon as they had completed the sale of the property to us the wouldn’t even lift a finger to help us with even the most basic question regarding the property that we purchased through them. Awful customer service and I would make sure you have every little detail covered off if buying a house through them! Sad way to treat your customers and I will certainly no use when it comes to sell a property in the future.

After scheduling a viewing for a rental property, I arrived punctually and waited as instructed. Unfortunately, despite my efforts to confirm the appointment and my patience in waiting, no one attended to show me the property. I found this lack of communication and professionalism disappointing and would appreciate better consideration of my time in the future. I cannot recommend this experience and this agency to no one.

My family and I will go to UK in mid-June, so we urgently need a place. However, it is not easy to rent a place online while you are not there. I fortunately managed to find a property and Sasha is the agent handling my case. Although I haven’t signed the leasing agreement yet until early May 2022, Sasha explained any questions I made very detailed, so I believe the whole process should go through properly and clearly with her help. My experience with Ashley Adams has been very professional. Aleksandra was my mortgage manager and she has provided me with the best options available to me regarding mortgages and insurances. Furthermore, she has been in regular contact with me about any updates, progress or changes throughout the house purchase process which was excellent. Lovely staff who are keen to help and make the process as easy as possible. First called AA with a query and spoke with Matt W who was very helpful and friendly. He arranged for a colleague to come out and value the property at short notice and at a time that was most convenient for me. After our phone call, I knew instantly that I did not need to shop around any further. I met with Emily at the valuation and felt as though I was meeting with an old friend. For what has been a stressful and overwhelming process, Emily made selling/buying feel easy and hassle-free, reassuring us of her continuous support. She was able to answer any queries we had and went above and beyond to help. I feel like a weight has been lifted now that this process is in the hands of a capable agent after years of bad experiences. Ashley Adams are lucky to have a great team of people who are passionate, knowledgeable and always up for a laugh!

My experience dealing with ashley adams, in particular mathew thomas, was incredible, as a first time buyer with no clue and being told our account was being handed to a new team was daunting to say the least but the moment mathew took over he called and introduced himself. He was exceptional polite and pleasant to talk to and explained everything to us perfectly that we understood the process throughout our purchase 1st time. He managed our account throughout and was always on hand to help whenever we needed even during his paternity leave (thankyou so much) his replying was within a couple of hours if not minutes and even went above and beyond to chase solicitors and others for us when he diddnt have to. He knew his stuff and got the deals in asap to make sure we got the best one we could expecially in the current markets, which wasnt easy considering the sellers were messing us about. We had a day to get the final paperwork sorted before a new deal at a higher price was going to be applied (no fault of either us or ashley adams) and he grafted and got it sorted. Even after the sale he checked in to make sure everything was ok and settled. I cannot recommend ashley adams and mathew enough. If we ever buy another place we will 100% be hunting them down 😁 a big thankyou from us. 👌 100% recommended and many thanks
