Pheobe got me booked in for a viewing at very short notice at a time that suited me after work, was very friendly and helpful throughout the full process, and all communications from herself and the wider business regarding deposits and referencing have been clear, and in a timely manner.

GoogleI worked with Matt to help me get my mortgage on my dream house. I was not the easiest customer - changing mortgage three times for various reasons and to lock in for longer with the increasing interest rates. Matt was great throughout, always super quick to reply and super helpful. We had problems getting our chain to exchange - and Matt even helped me through this too. 10/10, would recommend to anyone.

GoogleI had a viewing for the property but the address on Google map was making me reach a location which was technically near but actual drive was around the wall. I tried to locate but unfortunately couldn't. The agency person left for another appointment which is fine but did not bother to receive my calls again to arrange a new viewing.

GoogleRecently purchased my first house. Martha was absolutely amazing, she was super helpful and supportive, especially as I had no experience with this before. She connected me with Matthew Thomas, who was also fantastic. He helped me with the mortgage and also several other aspects of the house buying process. Both Martha and Matt were always on hand whenever I needed there help and guidance, both a credit to Ashley adams.

GoogleThank you for all your help, particularly Riannah, who was very helpful and answered all of our questions. My only criticism would be that the terms and conditions that we have to sign, is condensed in to a more manageable document, instead of the current 50 pager it is. Just found it very unrealistic that we are expected to read through the whole thing. Other than that, I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

GoogleMatt at Ashley Adams is incredible!! Supported us from day one in a very long house moving process. Always at the end of his emails and the phone when you needed him. When talking to Matt he would break everything down so you knew exactly how much you were paying throughout the process and put it in all layman’s terms so it’s easy to understand. Can’t recommend him enough to sort your next mortgage out!!!!

GoogleQuick to take a holding deposit on a new build apartment, but over 2 months to be refunded! Molly deserves 5/5 for her delivery and handover 👏🏼 but the rest of my experience has been absolutely disgraceful - told I'd be refunded by a set date, then never received it. Never had to wait this long with previous rental properties for a deposit refund!

GoogleDid you know that once you sign on the dotted line with Ashley Adams, they can legally never call you again and still take the fee? There is zero service level agreement. Martha Stevenson lied to me and now we are going to court. Typical estate agent sharks with no morals. My advice is walk on to the next agent. GoogleWhat a great company! My mother and I were shown around a few properties by the excellent Phoebe and we couldn't fault her. Affable, polite and engaging. Had answers to any and all questions which was reassuring and following the viewing she has made the next steps feel effortless. Couldn't recommend this company and more importantly, Phoebe herself highly enough, what a credit. Bravo and highly recommend across the board.

GoogleExtremely poor service. They told tenants at Nightingale quarter, Fox House that they can use numerous parking spaces, which actually belongs to other residents. Tell your tenants that they can't park there unless you checked that that parking space legally belongs to the apartment. Do yourself a favour - don't touch as a plaque!
