Highly recommended mortgage advisor! My partner and I had the pleasure of being introduced to one Harry Padda (Mortgage Advisor), who made our property purchase sail. He never disappointed us and was always at our service when in need, Even on weekends and bank holidays! Harry always goes above and beyond. Sasha and Molly have gone above and beyond in letting my property at Nightingale Quarter. Within a week of signing up with the agency, they had a potential tenant. The tenant wanted a view of the apartment which I didn't have (and they couldn't get hold of me in any event) They contacted the developers directly and got them to take a film of the apartment and view so I didn't lose the tenant. I am beyond impressed! Thanks so much ladies.

We received a very poor service using Ashley Adams as a letting agent. This also had an impact on our tenant, which is unacceptable. Unfortunately, the manager (Travis) is extremely arrogant and has very little idea what is going on. The staff do not respond to emails/calls and are just generally incompetent. If you are a landlord, I would strongly urge you you to look at other agents and give these guys a miss. There are much better letting agents in Derby.

I have recently had the pleasure of working with Harry Padda as my mortgage broker & Lianne Bower as my sales person whilst purchasing my first property. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They are both so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. 0/5 would not recommend. FIND A DIFFERENT ESTATE AGENT. Absolutely useless, more interested in how they look than how they perform. The service here sucks, staff are rude and ignorant, can't manage to write or respond to an email. Only interested in taking money but never sorting an issue. Maybe instead of coming after renters for things out of their control try actually doing your jobs and get stuff sorted. Edit: ⬇️⬇️ Your hilarious, why would I email you again? So you can ignore me? I don't believe I'll be wasting anymore of my time on this sad excuse for an estate agents. Get a grip and reply to emails you have already received, I'm pretty sure at this point I'm just going to contact NTSEAT ⬇️⬇️

As a first time buyer the process can seem a bit daunting, but I have to say the whole process was made so much easier by the team at Ashley Adams, I want to name Nick and Katie specifically, they were understanding when I had questions which they were quick to answer, and couldnt do enough to help me complete. Nick helped me get my mortgage and even managed to change it part way through the process to get me a better deal (with no stress to me, I might add). They sorted me a solicitor to do the conveyancing (who have also been brilliant, but I guess that is a different review). If you are a first time buyer go through Ashley Adams!

If you want to have expert but friendly and personalised mortgage support, you absolutely need to go to Matt Thomas. I honestly could not have wanted it expected even half of the care and work he put into supporting me and my case. Nothing felt like an imposition or an inconvenience. Matt is honestly always happy to help and he is so efficient. I wish I could give more than five stars. I will always go back to Matt for mortgage support and you should too. We used Ashley Adams to purchase out new home and liaised with Matt Thomas for almost the whole process. Service was brilliant and communication was outstanding. Katie Haslam also showed us the property, kept us updated when Matt was out of the office and gave us the keys to the property. Again, Katie was excellent and nothing was ever too much trouble. Matthew Thomas at Ashley Adams Derby is a must have mortgage broker. Right from the start of our remortgage process, which coincided with the economic turmoil, Matthew identified a new lender a just a day before the rise in interest rates and we are happy to shout out loud that we got our mortgage offer this week. This is all thanks to Matthew, who communicated perfectly with us throughout the entire process. The wait for the decision was quite daunting but again, Matthew constantly reassured us and when he delivered the good news of our offer , he genuinely sounded happy for us. With all that said, we couldn't recommend Matthew highly enough! The house buying/remortgage process needs people like you.
