I will highly recommand Ashley Adams and especially their Mortgadge Advisor. The Estate Agency were always polite, kind to us and happy to help. Their Mortgadge Advisor it is one of the best we met. Always prompt in answering to our emails,solution finder and i'd say quite a lot of patience(especially when our meetings were always with our kids accompanied 3years and 1 year old). Shocking company will try and pressure you into places by lying. Rihanna is very fake and will be very nice to begin with and will lead you to think she's going to look after you then lie constantly and if you pull her up on something she will interrupt you and talk over you getting very defensive and argumentative. When I tried to get out of my contract for being provided with an unsafe property and my boiler exploding and being left for dead all night they with held details. Joseph one of their managers came over to my house and I had to ask him to leave as he was so aggressive and made me feel very unsafe in my home (I'm a 22 year old girl who he thought he could bully) because he didn't like the fact I had evidence that the company had broken many laws. He just kept shouting at me saying "I don't appreciate you making accusations about my company" to which I responded "I am not making accusations I am stating evidence which I have collected and will take legal action if I have to", he was very defensive and aggressive as if he had something to hide. I will be putting formal complaints in about them both but honestly don't bother unless you want to be lied to, conned and to feel scared and unsafe by abusive male staff (watch out young girls).NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
