AKS provided a fantastic service - they quickly (within 24hrs of launching) found proceedable buyers for our property and at a sale price that the previous agent had been unable to for 3 months! They provided regular updates and were always helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

A great estate agents who made my first time house purchase as smooth as possible. They kept in contact keeping me updated with the progress and explained anything I didn’t understand. They were quick to respond to my queries and I wouldn’t have my flat without them :)

AKS were super supportive and helped so much during our process of moving. They stayed professional throughout and answered any enquiries that we had. Special shout-out to Victoria who helped us even more than the solicitors did. I can’t thank her enough for what she did for us.

I recently moved to UK from abroad along with my family for work and I had been struggling to find a place between my working hours and commute that met our requirements. Then I met Ann from AKS and she has been extremely helpful and understanding. In a week's time, she helped me and my family move into this rental place that met all our requirements. If you need to find a place in short span, she is the one who can make it happen.

All the team has been exceptional at different stages of the process. From the photos and virtual tour of the house to a dedicated Whatsapp group where someone always responds in good time. AKS just made it so easy. I would struggle to find a fault if I tried. I can only recommend this company as it just felt like they cared right until the end of the process. Only downside: The Sold sign broke during a storm and smashed onto the side of my car. Neither the AKS nor the sign company is taking responsibility or paying for the damage. It was their marketing tool which they put up on my property.

Excellent and professional, a very friendly team. They do the viewings, so you can get on with your life, keep you updated at all times, so happy and would definitely recommend. Doesn't feel like your house is up for sale. Stress free.

Overall, it has been an extremely positive experience buying through AKS - from viewing through to completion, everyone I spoke to was so helpful, and made a naturally stressful far less so. The level of service provided was so far beyond what I expected, and really appreciated.

Bought a house through AKS and they were brilliant - much more efficient at keeping up to date with the chain than the agent for my sale, always approachable and friendly, and helpful after the move too. I would definitely use them for any future sales.
