GoogleThe Gold Standard. Fantastic, personalised service. I really felt like everyone at AKS were personally invested in selling my house. They always have time to talk. I have dealt with other estate agents and AKS is my new gold standard. Always happy to help, answering the phone, calling back when they say they will, etc. I highly recommend.

He has provided an excellent service from the start, dealing with the initial offer, regular updates and checking how everything was going our end. GoogleJust about to finish a house purchase through AKS as first time buyers. Victoria, Ben and Andrew are all incredibly helpful and responsive. Safe to assume this was a more personal, attentive experience than you could get at a larger firm. Other factors made it a complicated & drawn out process but the AKS team were fabulous throughout. Top marks.
