GoogleAndrew & Ben are a great team at AKS, working to deliver a 5 * service to us as a customer. AKS dealt with both our buy and sell and didn't disappoint. The idea of being the hosts of your viewings is a great service and enables you to carry on with your busy lives. Following the entire process and working as the inbetween to ensure that all of the boxes are ticked, they did this as an excellent service. If I were ever to look to sell again, i would certainly deal with AKS.

You're advice was second to none and it seemed like the whole process was pretty seamless. They say that selling your home and moving is one of the most stressful things you will do but AKS seriously took that stress away. Andrew and Ben (and the rest of the office team) delivered a service that was far beyond expectation. I now look at other 'for sale' boards and wonder "why are you not using AKS Residential". I can not recommend them highly enough. We had a quick deadline for the completion of our sale and purchase and they did everything in their power to make sure we achieved it and we were able to move onto our next chapter. Thank you guys. You are truly awesome and shine out in the property market. Good luck to all of you for your future success, you really deserve it.

GoogleI have moved house seven times since getting married and the service provided by AKS is far and away the best I have experienced. The team there helped us sell our house in just two weeks, receive four offers, two above the asking price. The quality of their photos and the creative thinking behind their video was the best I’ve seen and the printed brochure put their rivals ones to shame. They dealt with our buyer - who needed lots of reassuring - with sensitivity and empathy and kept us fully updated. They demonstrated a genuine interest in us as people and a care for our property. They even gave us a wedding anniversary present! Highly recommended.

From showing us round the property, dealing with the initial offer and the regular communications throughout the process. AKS were extremely responsive to calls and emails and always very friendly and professional. Thanks to the AKS Residential team it took just 2 months from offer accepting to being hand delivered the keys to our new home from Andrew. Many many thanks - couldn’t recommend you highly enough!

GoogleAn absolute pleasure to deal with. Both Andrew and Ben are a credit to AKS, very professional but also very relaxed which made it so much easier to deal with. Our house was up for sale no more than a week before it was sold. Andrew and Ben both kept myself and my wife fully updated during the whole process, even when we were out of the country for around 1 month. I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough.
