The whole team at AKS were brilliant from start to finish. AKS were the agents on the house we bought and we used them to sell ours, which made the process run smoothly. Andrew was well prepared when valuing our home and had done research on the area, and the rest of team during the sale and completion were brilliant. Great communication throughout and they definitely removed some of the stress during the moving house process! Would recommend the team to anyone! Would use them again in a heartbeat! <3

I can’t recommend AKS highly enough, who truly made my nearly 10-year stay such a positive experience. From the very beginning, everything was handled promptly and professionally. From the initial enthusiasm of Andrew on the valuation, (after which my wife called me and said if he can't sell it then no one can), to the way Jodie, Laura and Lyndsey handled everything from that point. After trying with others before hand and having no joy AKS actually sold it twice inside two months! If you are considering moving, please give them a call. From the very start it was evident that AKS standards are set very high, the level of communication was seamless, updated regularly and no question(s) left unanswered. I chose AKS as on my daily runs I could not help but notice the AKS for sale boards, with most indicating SOLD. Whilst at the time of advertising, the country had put the breaks on most purchases in anticipation of the chancellors budget announcement with questions on interest rates etc. My property sold within 4 weeks, this I put down to the amazing profile advertised by AKS and the interaction with potential buyers as the team coordinated and conducted all the viewings. I sit in my new house which was part of a 5 way chain, 3 of which where managed and executed by AKS to see both transfer and completion on the same day. 5 stars are not enough.

Although we didn’t quite get the outcome we wanted from putting our property on the market (due to our onward chain) we wanted to recognise the fantastic service we’ve received over the past couple of months from AKS. Right from the very start Andy and the team have been nothing short of exceptional! I’ve just sold my house with AKS for the second time and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. From start to finish they have been fantastic and really reassuring throughout what can be a stressful process. AKS were fantastic from start to finish when selling our house. Everyone was very friendly and always responsive / communicative which isb one of them most important things with house moves. For our listing they took photos, made short videos and the editing made it house look really good. We had troubles getting our solicitors to move at the speed everyone wanted and AKS helped chase that regularly as well, to the point I'm not sure the exchange would have happened without their help. As they promised they did a lot more than just create an advert on Rightmove! In short of you need to stop you house in the Hilton/South Derbyshire area they are the people to go for.

Chose AkS to sell my property after obtaining a valuation from my initial meeting with Andrew. My property was on sale previously with a big well known estate agent for 6 months, but did not manage to get a sale. Andrew got right into the nitty gritty on the things we could do to enhance our chances of getting more viewings and provided an excellent plan of action. An approach none of the other estate agents showed to the level of how Andrew did. This is why I decided to use AKS to sell my property, although I wasnt sure what to expect. We purchased a house listed by AKS and the service they have provided has been outstanding! Their approach is so much more professional, friendly and pro-active than other estate agents I've experienced. Mikaela and Ben have been incredible. Ben showed us around the property and made the viewing a cut far above the rest. We had many viewings with some other Derby based estate agents which were shockingly bad in comparison. Mikaela kept us well informed throughout, was incredibly helpful and always called back or replied to emails quickly. Unfortunately the property I was selling wasn't listed by AKS and I wish it had been. If I were to sell again I wouldn't even approach anyone else! AKS really seem to do things differently to other estate agents which makes everything easy and a pleasure! Thank you to everyone at AKS!
