AKS recently sold our property for us, and they were great throughout the whole process. Andrew & Ben initially came out to view & photograph the property for us, and they then carried out all the viewings for us whilst we were at work, which was super convenient! Once an offer was accepted Victoria was then our main contact seeing us through to completion. It was a stressful few months for us due to being in a lengthy chain.. but Victoria was fantastic throughout, continually chasing the chain & keeping us updated with progress. From start to finish it ran smoothly they carried out the viewings kept us posted along the way to the final call on the completion day to advise us we are completed and ready to go. AKS provided a comprehensive and professional service - they marketed the property extremely well and managed the viewings and feedback to a very high standard. Post agreeing the sale the process was challenging and AKS had to navigate across a range of unresponsive solicitors which they did with cheerfulness and reassurance which was appreciated but frustrating. Their fees are higher than some other agents but they deliver the service and do so with professionalism and courtesy. I never want to move again but if I did - I would highly recommend. Lyndsay, in particular, kept me sane ! So thank you .

AKS estate agents … well I don’t even know where to start. Honestly the best estate agents we have ever used. Firstly, we had the lovely pleasure of meeting Sam who introduced us to our forever family home that we had arranged to view and made us feel so comfortable and didn’t rush us during the viewing had all the answers to any questions we had about the house we were looking to buy. She allowed us to roam free about the house but ensured she highlighted the key selling points to the house. Buying and selling a house can be one of the most stressful things you undertake in life and as a young couple guidance was key for us to know what we need to do to help speed things up with solicitors and some of the jargon they use was another language to us. Lyndsay at AKS was our absolute angel and is a treasure to the company. Her constant communication skills and guidance was elite and gave us reassurance throughout the entire process as well as helping us to understand each stages of buying a house. From getting the sale secured to handing over the keys Lyndsay excelled in so many ways and pushed and pushed to get the sale complete.
