We chose AKS to sell our old home (2023) as we were looking to upsize and to move to a better area for our kids to grow up in. We had previously put it up with another estate agent back end off 2022 and had a bad experience with them and as we were tied into a contract with them once it ended we took it down and started a fresh with AKS. Andrew the owner came out and talked me through everything and was a lovely and understood why we were selling etc. He took the pictures off our property and explained the next steps etc. Once we had an offer and accepted. Mikaela looked after the process and my god it was a long one (down to solicitors being slow). We accepted the offer july 23 and FINALLY wxchanged contracts jan 24. Throughout the whole process everyone at AKS were AMAZING and made what was a stressfull and drawn out process (again down to solicitors) less stresfull. Lets say having a toddler and a new born is less stressfull. Thank you again to everyone at AKS for there help. Will deffinately use them in the future if we move again.

Amazing service from start to finish. We put our house up for sale through AKS and coincidently also bought another property through them. It was the first time we had sold a property, which can be very daunting and had been worried when given feedback from a friend who had recently sold their property through a larger estate agency who received a poor service, however, with AKS being a smaller company, we really felt a personal touch and whenever we had any questions, someone was always there to help and offer advice.
