AKS Residential Derby reviews

Amazing service from start to finish. We put our house up for sale through AKS and coincidently also bought another property through them. It was the first time we had sold a property, which can be very daunting and had been worried when given feedback from a friend who had recently sold their property through a larger estate agency who received a poor service, however, with AKS being a smaller company, we really felt a personal touch and whenever we had any questions, someone was always there to help and offer advice. AKS helped make the whole process seamless. We would 100% recommend AKS and if we were to sell another property in the future, would definitely choose them again. Thank you to the team!

Buying a home is stressful but Lyndsey at AKS made us realise how important it is to have a fantastic estate agent guiding you every step of the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AKS to anybody looking to sell their home, their customer service is second to none and they go that extra step to ensure you are kept well informed and up to date with all the twists and turns of the sale. Lyndsey and the whole team get 5 stars from us.

AKS were wonderful throughout the sale of our property. We experienced a few setbacks and the sale took some time to go through and AKS’ communication throughout was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble and every person I was in contact with from the initial valuation to completion was friendly, approachable and willing to help. Couldn’t recommend them enough

The service and support that we received from AKS selling our house was excellent. We had some ups and downs on the way to completion, with buyers, and they guided us through things in a professional and sensitive way. They were attentive and reactive at all stages through the process and delivered the service that they promised us. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property Simon and Angela

AKS were a breath of fresh air - professional yet so understanding and helpful. My house sale was always going to be complex, but they dealt with each complexity as it arose and helped smooth the way to a successful and timely sale. Their expertise, willingness to dig in to get the sale over the finishing line and their unwavering support and advice were second to none. Thank you to the whole team.

I was recommended AKS by a friend who had used them to sell their property. From the first visit I made to AKS and meeting Andrew, Ben and the rest of the team I knew that they were the agents I wanted to deal with. Their professionalism, understanding of exactly what my situation was, being realistic and customer focused all score them bonus points. I know that people can say anything just to get the business but these guys are genuine and just want the best for buyers and sellers. Once the selling ball started rolling, they were great at giving feedback on viewings and any issues or concerns that cropped up (out of either of our controls) were dealt with and solutions given. Once an offer was accepted, this is where Mikaela came into her own and was constantly checking to make sure that the sale was going to go through as smoothly as possible. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend AKS for any property sale and I would say some of their competition in this field could learn lots from them about how to treat customers. Well done AKS!
