Andrew and the team have been fantastic from start to finish. Andrew shared his expert knowledge on how the sale would work which really helped as this was our first property we’d sold. From our first meeting we both instantly felt at ease (even though we were expecting a different estate agent and quickly realised we’d got the wrong number!) We felt no pressure or obligation to move forward with the AKS offering but luckily we did as the entire team have been great. We’re so glad we made the initial mistake and called AKS 😊

Andrew told me he would aim to sell my home within 4 weeks and he has achieved precisely that. However the service provided goes far beyond what I ever expected; I have never dealt with estate agents who are so professional but also incredibly helpful. Nothing seems too much trouble and everything they promise, which is a lot, they deliver, and more besides. I really can’t recommenced them highly enough and certainly would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you to Andrew and Ben but also to the team in the office.

Amazing! So I had no dealing with ASK with regards to real estate (continue reading) but I can confirm that if I needed an estate agent in the area I would highly recommend. I, like a fool, accidentally delivered packages to an old address that by chance is now on the market with AKS. I live hundreds of miles away and really could not afford to lose the money associated with my error. I called AKS to see if they could help… Ann (lovely lady) took it upon herself to help in every way possible. She took time out of her busy schedule, picked up my package, helped me ensure the package was returned to sender - used her personal time to contact me and dropped off packages to a post office… all over several days! If they treat me like this I have no doubt they would treat their clients with the same humanity, going above their duty. Thanks again Ann and the the rest of the team that helped me!

From start to finish AKS have been absolutely brilliant. After having our property on the market with another agent for several months with little communication or interest shown we received a Christmas box from Andrew and the AKS team. I instantly thought that if they go to this much trouble to get houses to sell then they would try their best to sell ours and I wasn’t wrong. From the minute I met Andrew he was brilliant, advising on how to market the property and how he and the team would go about selling our house. Then came Ben who was equally brilliant, they arranged 5 viewings within the first day (this is more than the previous agent had arranged in 4 months!)and Ben carried all of these out, giving us positive and negative feedback in an honest and professional way. Two weeks later and several more viewings all carried out by Ben and we had a firm offer on the table, which we accepted 😁. The praise doesn’t stop there though, our sale was complicated due to location, covenants, management companies and being in a conservation area, but Victoria managed this part of the sale and we can not praise her highly enough. Her communication to both ourselves and the buyer was superb, she communicated with the solicitors from both parties, ironed out minor issues and was always available to advise on the best way to keep the sale moving forward. She is an absolute credit to the company. In short I would highly recommend anyone to sell or buy from AKS. I could not have wished or asked for more from them.

AKS were extremely professional throughout the sales process. After being relocated, we had a property that we struggled to sell, and ended up being on and off the market for a number of years with other estate agents! Thank goodness we found AKS! They arranged an open house and had an offer within two weeks! The whole sale took three months from viewing to completion! I couldn't recommend them more highly. 5 stars just doesn't seem enough AKS have been absolutely amazing throughout the whole selling process of our house. They took over from another agent we had been with and within 48 hours of taking it on they had sold our property. They were there every step of the way with encouraging words of support and advice, they always looked on the positive side of things and gave you hope and picked you up when things got tough. Dealing with AKS has been like dealing with friends, you could trust that when they said something was going to be done it would be and they would keep you up to date as to what was happening and when. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them they always wanted to ensure that we were happy and satisfied that we knew what was happening and what the next steps were. If I decide to move again I wouldn't need to even think about it AKS would be my first and only choice of agent to go to.

After several mediocre/downright awful experiences with relocating and estate agents, I faced my latest move with trepidation. Thankfully I came across the team at AKS. What a complete breath of fresh air they are! They listened to my concerns, they asked what I wanted from them and then they delivered. I cannot criticise any point of the process. Andrew, with his professional words of wisdom when I really needed them. Sam, with her great video tour so I only had genuinely interested people through the front door, and her marathon viewing session. We decided to make a move after we both retired and approached AKS as they had successfully sold a number of houses on our street. Wow !! The service we got from them was absolutely first class from the first valuation with Andrew, the photo shoot with Sam and Victoria helping us through the final stages.
