GoogleWe moved last November and although we were with scargill mann and co our sellers were using aks who were far more helpful gave great advice and called back when they said they would .I would also highly recommend and use in the future.

GoogleI have dealt with a number of estate agents over the years but AKS was easily the best. They set to work immediately and enthusiastically, and I was kept informed at every stage. The viewings were arranged without a hitch and, in no time, we had a buyer. They were very professional, but also friendly and approachable. I highly recommend them.

GoogleCan't recommend AKS highly enough. Every member of the team is outstanding. They did all viewings and generated interest in our home that other agents wouldn't have. They sold our house on the first viewing for the asking price so we couldn't ask for more! The sales progression/management of the chain is superb as well with plenty of updates. I'm convinced we moved before Christmas thanks to their speedy work.

GoogleI genuinely cannot fault AKS. Professional, friendly, there when you need them and constantly on the ball. All the staff were a pleasure to deal with. Victoria in particular made sure we were updated and happy throughout the whole process. Thankyou for a wonderful selling experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

GoogleAmazing company. Our house was on the market for five months before they took it over. They found lots of potential buyers and we were more than happy with the price we got. We found everyone there to be very efficient and friendly. Its a small company so anyone you speak to can deal with your queries. Cant fault them or thank them enough. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
