Ainsworth Lors Estate Agents have been brilliant with us. Super professional but down to earth and lovely to work with. Our house sold so quickly and that is purely down to the fantastic photos they take and the determination and dedication of the staff at the Darwen office! Anthony went above and beyond to sell our house quickly in order to secure our dream home. He was always at the end of the phone and available when we needed him. He kept us up to date with viewings and offers and was a great, friendly guy. He always made us feel at ease! Christine was great at hosting viewings and had such a good knowledge of the local area. She has a great manner with people and can really sell a property. Debs is an angel, the voice of reason and such a calming, positive influence. We've really felt that she's been on our side and has helped us every step of the way with selling our house and purchasing our new home. She's been amazing and is such a hardworker! We wouldn't hesitate to highly recomend this Estate Agents! They get the job done, easily, professionally and to a very high standard!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The details about the property description with images were online within 24hours from instruction, Connor did amazing work on the images, great guy very approachable and knowledgable. Harold is a great asset to the business, he did an excellent job showing my property to protential buyers and secured an offer on my house within no time, such a charming man and knows how to show all the positives about my property on offer 😁 Dewi is a great guy to deal with, very professional and efficient giving weekly updates on the sale progression 👍 I also found when visiting the branch several times during my sale that the other staff members were very welcoming Paul & Debra, Verity and Christine. Had amazing assistance from Verity, she went out of her way to help me get the rental i wanted and contacted me back promptly to tell me what information was needed. I'm actually at a loss as to how this estate agent has such a high rating on Google Reviews (must be fake). In my experience, they have been uncaring and unprofessional. There were several issues with my property before I moved in (damp stained carpet and damp bathroom wall), which I was told would be fixed before I moved in. The bathroom wall was sorted 6 months after I moved in, after I consistently contacted them about it, and the carpet stain was still there when I moved out (14 months later). The house itself was of very poor quality (very cold and damp), but at the time, I needed a quick move and the rent was cheap enough so that was expected I guess. I do have to say I was thankful to Sally for returning my deposit (although I did have to make a couple of phonecalls chasing this after several emails went unanswered). Amazingly [sarcasm], a few days after my deposit was returned, I received a lovely [more sarcasm] email from the estate agents informing me that I was in arrears and owed them money, including a late rent charge. I received this on the 13th May having paid my full months rent on the 18th April, despite moving out on the 4th April. (They requested a 30 days notice period so I didn't mind paying the April-May rent). I replied immediately explaining that I couldn't be in arrears as I had moved out and paid my rent up until the 17th May and had even walked in them performing a viewing on the property before I'd even officially moved out when I popped round to pick up the last of my belongings. 5 days later, I've had no reply - very professional. Anyway, apologies for the essay, but after a bit of research, this estate agent has a terrible reputation and I can only assume all the good reviews on Google are fake and I would urge people to stay away.
