I've just got my first rented house through Verity at ainsworth-lords estates. She made the experience very easy for me. Very polite, bubbly and easy to talk to, always smiling, everything was explained perfectly, all meetings where on time and all aspects covered. My experience was absolutely hassle free so I would definitely use verity and ainsworth lords estates again and would recommend them. Very good.

I found Verity and the team in the office very professional and friendly, they moved me into a property within a few weeks and it was hassle free they helped me with the forms and moving in was simple and easy. There was some jobs that needed to be done in the house and this was done before I moved in. I would highly recommend

GoogleDidn’t answer the phone, didn’t reply to emails and voice mails for over 2 weeks. When we did eventually get through to them they used our interest to get another offer pushed through without informing us there was another offer.
Richard, we apologise for the breakdown in communication but we always respond to voicemails and emails so we will look into this matter with urgency. Unfortunately the house you were looking at already had an offer and we were waiting for proof of funds to confirm it was sold hence we had to cancel your viewing. We do however wish you success with finding a new home.

The sale (full asking price) went through in 24 hours whilst the rentals were bang on the suggested figures and turned over within a month of refurb completion. Definitely a market savvy and customer centric team and, critically, well recommended to others.

GoogleAll across the country, from North to South and back again, Ainsworth Lord don't just stand shoulder to shoulder with the giants of quality estate agents, they get on their tippy-toes and outdo the lot of them. With a red-hot housing market across the country, most agents tend to treat you like just another moving part on a production line. Ainsworth Lord bring the humanity back. Anthony went above and beyond in showing us around our viewings, bringing an earnest charm to what is no doubt for any estate agent a thoroughly repetitive experience. The rest of the staff at the Darwen office, both on the phone and in person, fostered an atmosphere that was genuinely uplifting to be a part of. They are an absolute peach of a business and I can only call anyone who moves to or from the Darwen area lucky to be able to use their services.

GoogleThey fail on multiple fronts. Firstly when being shown round several properties, the agent did not know a significant portion of property details, we knew more than them at times! It was like being shown round by a zombie. Secondly, the website is not particularly user friendly, as you have to sift through mostly old/stc listings to find anything. Here again they fall short by often missing important information in the listing, such as tenure. I know that tenure status is sometimes difficult to ascertain, but you cannot tell me when other estate agents manage to find out for the most part, that you can't for any of yours. I have given two stars not one as the employees are at least friendly in person and by phone for the most part. Even on that there is sometimes an issue, I rang once and was spoken to rather rudely by a male, who barked that he was on his lunch. There is a simple answer to this... If you are on your lunch and do not wish to be disturbed, do not answer the phone :)

GoogleAinsworth Lord impressed me hugely. I saw a house I wanted and they were able to quickly accommodate a viewing. They advised me well and guided me through the process. Anthony was my point of contact. Genuinely nice professional guy who answered all my questions and enquiries efficiently. Their assistance has enabled me to secure the house I wanted. Deborah was helpful and gave me the confidence I needed. Its early in the buying process but I'm confident all will go smoothly. I can whole heartedly recommend them.

GoogleOnly found out about this business as we wanted to view a cottage they were listing. Went in to ask for viewing, but Dewi told my husband he would be cramped with the shower over the bath (in the eves). Deborah suggested a mid Terraced house (we said no as need large garden), she told us to trust her as this one had what we needed. Went to view with a lovely chap called Harold, came back and put offer in straight away. Covid hit so we are nearly ready to call it our home. Deborah is Fantastic and such a people person, each time we need help she was there and did what she could. They are a great Estate agents and a friendly bunch to boot!

Our house sold so quickly and that is purely down to the fantastic photos they take and the determination and dedication of the staff at the Darwen office! Anthony went above and beyond to sell our house quickly in order to secure our dream home. He was always at the end of the phone and available when we needed him. He kept us up to date with viewings and offers and was a great, friendly guy. He always made us feel at ease! Christine was great at hosting viewings and had such a good knowledge of the local area. She has a great manner with people and can really sell a property. Debs is an angel, the voice of reason and such a calming, positive influence. We've really felt that she's been on our side and has helped us every step of the way with selling our house and purchasing our new home. She's been amazing and is such a hardworker! We wouldn't hesitate to highly recomend this Estate Agents! They get the job done, easily, professionally and to a very high standard!
