Very polite, bubbly and easy to talk to, always smiling, everything was explained perfectly, all meetings where on time and all aspects covered. Excellent Customer Service - they really look after you

She was very sympathetic and guided me through the entire process from viewing to application to moving in and conducted herself in a very professional manner at all times. Amazing Customer Service Skills

Had amazing assistance from Verity, she went out of her way to help me get the rental i wanted and contacted me back promptly to tell me what information was needed. Everything was arranged as quick as possible, looking forward to moving in. I would definitely recommend on using Ainsworth lord estate. Very friendly staff. A good indication of a company is how they handle problems and i had some issues getting all the information and Verity was great and helped me sorting everything i needed. Lovely!!

I recently let a property through ALE. The team where very professional, they arranged a viewing on a property on a Monday afternoon and I moved in to that property on the Friday morning ! Verity who I dealt with was very organised, had all the paperwork ready for me to sign etc. Cannot recommend ALE highly enough and they even return your calls when they say they are going too !!!!!
