I had a positive experience with J.R. Hoppers. From start to finish, the entire team was friendly and helpful throughout the process. Sam conducted our initial viewing, she struck a perfect balance between offering helpful ideas and perspective while also giving us the freedom to explore the property and discuss our impressions privately, which I really appreciated. As the process progressed, Leeselle and Pam were a real pleasure to work with. They were consistently approachable, responsive and quick to address any queries. Leeselle was particularly accommodating, providing access to the property for various surveys, often at short notice and requiring flexibility with her time, which I we hugely appreciated. I had a great experience with this estate agent from start to finish. The team were friendly, personable, and always quick to get back to me. I have recently completed a house purchase via robertwatts. I cannot praise cleckheaton branch enough all the team but especially Jenny. The whole process was a long and stressful experience through no fault of robertwatts what so ever but lack of communication via the solicitors in the chain. If it had not of been for Jenny I don’t think I would have sanely got through the whole sale. Jenny and the team went above and beyond to chase things that was not even their job to do and made sure to keep me up to date with regular updates. Was always quick to reply with any update when asked even if there was no update. I cannot thank you enough for finally getting me in my new home, without you all I think I’d still be waiting.

Paul seems to be a fair and unfazed landlord however, I was disgusted to see that he totally supported the wedding shop that closed without notice, the tenant had fraudulently signed guarantor paperwork herself, claiming to be her friend to obtain the shop… so long as Paul still got his money he wouldn’t report her to the police. I am absolutely appalled by this as he himself, should be an upstanding citizen of the law. Clearly NOT, even when televised!! Nightmare Tenants, Slum Landlords, season 6, episode 6

Terrible experience with this company and I wouldn’t recommend. Spoke with an agent, Gill, who from the very beginning had an awful attitude and her responses were very unprofessional and disrespectful. Prospective customers should be treated with a level of respect and decency which is lacking at this company. You’d think they would have a basic understanding of the properties they’re selling but instead she responded to my questions as “how am I supposed to know”. Looking through the rest of the google reviews, it seems that customer service at this place isn’t the best.
