Hi Tommy, the gas engineer advises me that the boiler has been fixed and the vendor will be paying the invoice. We apologise for any inconvenience but as mentioned previously we are not gas engineers and there wouldn't be in a position to sign it off as your review states. With very best wishes.

Louis Holmes branch manager was so helpful and supportive and Joy the sales progresser kept me informed every step of the way. The whole team are attentive, caring and efficient. I was really surprised to sell my mother's house so quickly despite the down turn. Thanks tk the team the whole experience wasn't stressful at all. Highly recommend.

The key handover was not really pleasant as I have to go to the office to collect it, the signboard *for sale* was not removed until few weeks after I moved in to the property. I still have to go back to collect other spare keys after 2weeks.I suggest hand over of key to a property should be a memorable experience for any client(s).
