From the pre-sale discussions regarding the selling price right through to completing the sale, the sales agents made me feel an important part of the process.They were always friendly and informative, offering sound advise when it was asked for. They kept in regular touch, reporting on every viewing and offering advice on any negotiations with prospective buyers.Throughout the whole process everything was carried out with a professional, but friendly approach and was completed within a 12 week period.I would recommend this Estate Agent to anyone who desired an efficient, thorough and trustworthy approach.

The staff are friendly and approachable and offer a great service to both landlords and tenants alike. Feedback from inspections is good allowing for repairs and maintenance to be done when problems first appear. I have been with them now for many years having had an awful previous experience with another company. I would recommend this company highly.

Contacted them again as Smith & Friends as we needed to find new tenants and again, their service was excellent. Very professional, easy to deal with and always answered any question or queries. Right from the moment I first approached Robinson’s regarding property rentals they were very upfront, honest and very much on point about the type of property and type of area I wanted to live in. They then proceeded to find me a lovely home to settle in for the time I was there snd any problem that I advised to them, they immediately took it onboard and arranged for it to be dealt with - wonderful service from start to finish snd I would definitely recommend their services to others (as I have done) and give them 10 out of 10 for service and understanding of clients needs.

Communication not very good. We were left to chase up a lot of things. Each time we called we were not given useful information. No effort to ensure that the seller adheres to the agreed completion time. Poor communication overall. We had to threaten to cancel the agreement unless we were listened to , only then did our sale go through. Customer care training is required to deal with all communities. A lot of bias in the whole office and prejudice. On the day we collected the keys , key staff were cold except for one reception staff that smiled when we went in. Very poor experience and poor service.

I would just like to say from the start of our journey purchased property , Katherine Was amazing she was so helpful went above and beyond in guiding me and my husband cannot thank her enough credit to the buisiness , Also joy was amazing so helpful cannot thank her enough again always kept in touch , I wish I placed my property on with them , I will definitely recommend to anyone buying or selling 10 out of 10 ,
