GoogleFrom the valuation by Louis through to the sale they have been brilliant. The sales team kept us informed all the way. We were offered the asking price by the first viewer. Another firm gave us a valuation £16000.00 less than Louis !! So glad we found Smith and Friends, we would highly recommend them to anyone.

TrustpilotGood people make the difference.
Buying and selling houses, is now known to us, as a bit of a minefield; many things are out of our control, and there are many variables.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else to sell a property, the staff are so helpful, supportive and always on the end of the phone or email for advice. Sold a flat through them we were kept informed throughout the whole process, they were even ready to listen when I needed a moan about the solicitor and rang them to chase the sale on my behalf. Dealt mainly with Joy in the Darlington branch and cannot thank her enough for everything she did.
