I can’t fault them, the girls I spoke to from the beginning to completion were constantly professional friendly and efficient and upon completion day actually managed to pull together what the solicitors were unable to manage hence ensuring no delay, which would have been the case. I have recommended them since and I know of at least one person who is using them because of that.

We have dealt with robinsons the past 4.5 years and they have always went above and beyond. Val from the hartlepool office ws always there whenever we needed her and helped us throughout our tenancy at Dodsworth walk and would highly recommend dealing with val 5 star quality and would like to thank her for helping us finding somewhere else to live so quickly. We would have stayed if the landlord wasn't selling the property.

The team at the Stockton Office have been absolutely amazing with me, I was in a very worrying predicament from losing my job and being told from my mortgage company that they would not extend the permission for me to sub-let my property to my tenants, I was devastated that I was potentially going to make a family homeless, I spoke to the office and they were so supportive and even counselled me through my crisis. The girls in the office helped me find an investor to buy my property and keep the tenants, I can’t thank them enough for their help and support and I highly recommend them for their professionalism, quality and care.

The people i dealt with were all very friendly and very informative and knowledgeable. A fast and reliable service especially as i lived in Scotland and the property was in England. I dealt with the Darlington office and they made the experience stress free from the day the property was advertised to the day of completion. Wouldn't ever go anywhere else. Should be 10 stars.

We brought our own home on July 2024 the experience we received from the smith & friends was not appreciated especially key handover,they simply postponed key handover timings & they just wrapped the key on an envelope and handed over to us.Not recommended

I understand from the notes there was difficulties with the vendors solicitor and to compound this the vendor removal company too on completion day. We would have no need to postpone any key handover unless there was good reason and I apologise for any inconvenience this caused on the day.
