TrustpilotThink twice if you're a landlord
If you're thinking of letting JW Wood manage your property think twice. They charge high fees, communication is dreadful if something goes wrong and they charge you for things without asking! Members of the team admit they have fallen short however managers there do not answer questions in a timely manner and when you suggest a face to face meeting to try and resolve things they refuse! Honestly worse estate agent I have encountered.

GoogleExcellent service from the sales team, Gary and Sandrine. They have been very professional and gone the extra mile to get our property on the market swiftly, which sold within a week! We can highly recommend JW Wood. To add to our review, the sales Team, Gary and Sandrine sold another of our properties within 3 weeks of being on the market. Excellent customer service, very efficient and friendly. Highly recommended again. The same can be said for Amanda from the Sales Coordinator team, kept in touch and liaised between all parties to make the sale go smoothly.

GoogleEven though my sale didn’t quite go as I had hoped, I cannot fault the Rickmansworth office in their efforts. Hannah especially was a steady presence and always available with advice. It was good to have a dedicated member of the staff dealing with the process from offer accepted to finish.

GoogleCharlotte made the moving process so straightforward and she was very empathic towards my situation, I had to move out of the property due to splitting with my ex-partner, but considering I didn't have alot of hassle moving due to Charlotte's help and recommendation to what she thought would be suitable to me helped alot.
