A very professional photo shoot, an amazing video which was put on Instagram in 24 hours
The first week I had 3 Viewings organised by Collette who works all hours I might add which if fabulous becaus I got a evening call as with work wouldn’t of been able to communicate and the second week I had 3 in one day which resulted in 2 offers
On the back of me accepting a offer I had help in finding a house to move forward again so helpful and understanding to find what I was looking for ,
After a whirl wind to reflect that I am now moving and what’s happening I become quite overwhelmed, but it’s ok because Collette was there who supported and advised me,
So that’s my little journey I couldn’t of asked for anymore and therefore want to say a jog thank you 😊

From initial contact, an appointment was arranged for Sonia to visit our property for valuation. Sonia made us feel totally at ease and explained the process in a manner that we could understand. It was clear from the offset that Sonia was extremely knowledgable and also amazing at what she does. We knew we’re happy to proceed and list our property. When our home was listed the team at Carvers kept us informed when viewings were requested and were extremely accommodating to arrange this at times that suited. We spoke with Emma Darnell regularly with respect to viewings, rearranging viewings and Emma also negotiated our Sale from initial offer, to reaching asking price which we were absolutely over the moon with. Emma was outstanding and went over and above to help us achieve the best price on the sale of our first property. Thank you so much for all of your help and advice! I would have no hesitation in recommending Carvers to anyone that has a property to list for sale and we will definitely use Carvers again in the future.
