GoogleWorking with Carvers was so easy. Henry was very professional throughout, gave a very reasonable valuation and explained his reasons for this. No hidden costs just upfront and honest. The property was on the market for less than a day before I got a very reasonable offer from an investor keen to proceed who had been sent the property by Carvers. Accepted the offer 2nd week of November and completed end of February in the midst of a pandemic. Laura and Val were super helpful and kept me informed. I especially appreciate Val helping me find a last minute gas engineer for a service with 2 days notice so it wouldn't hold up completion. Special thanks to Allison and Val who went above and beyond for us. They kept us informed weekly and as we were due to complete we were informed by the solicitors that the top of the chain had issues on a house purchase . A purchase no one further down the chain knew about. The girls went out of their way to find out what the details were, what had happened and kept at it until it was finally resolved. GoogleHave sold with other agents in the past and somewhere along the line, have usually been let down by a breakdown in communication, or buyers not being suitably qualified and checked / matched to a property.
Carvers on the other hand are an exception to the rule. Henry and his teams are exceptional, from the branch staff, Claire and Lewis especially, to the sales progression team- a big thank you to Sue in particular.

Was selling my Mother's bungalow which was going along smoothly then unfortunately property went into probate which holds everything up for what seems forever. However Carvers helped myself and the purchaser, special thanks to Suzanne in the Darlington office and Vikki in the Richmond office for helping me with what seemed never ending problems regarding probate, also being really understanding when things were not going right for me when my Mother passed away and had to listen to me moaning continually, you know who you are (Vikki).
