These guys are just amazing! I have been with Carver Residential for getting on 5 years now. They look after the rental of my elderly mum's home now that she is in residential care. Right from the start, the service I received from them has been exemplary, but I really want to give a huge shout out to the support staff in the rentals team. I recently had urgent need to access documents going back all 5 years of my mum's property. I sent an email and received a response the very next day! They sent everything I needed. These are the staff I deal with on a day-to-day basis; they are so helpful and just lovely people. I cannot recommend Carvers highly enough, whether you have a portfolio, or just one little property like me. They are just the best!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I can honestly say it’s been a delight using Carvers in Darlington. I had my own property for sale with another agent who I won’t mention, however I was purchasing a property through Carvers and it was them who kept me updated throughout the whole process. They even liaised with my buyer and their solicitor which is something the agent I was paying for didn’t. If I needed any updates or anything doing I found myself contacting Carvers and not my agent. Carvers went above and beyond to make the very long and stressful process as painless as possible, something I can’t say for my agent. I hope I get to review my agent who I won’t name (but they are based directly over the road from Carvers). It’s a shame I had to pay my agent so much for the poor work they did, I would have rather the fees went to Carvers. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property. I would like to thank Amy and Bev for all their hard work.

We've used Carvers previously for moves and decide to again for our latest. I've always been impressed with the service they offer and this time was no exception. From the intial phone call right through to the sale, viewings and purchase of another property, we were kept fully informed at every step and nothing ever felt to much trouble for the great team they have assembled there. During the lengthy viewing process we registered with many agents to be kept informed of properties coming up that met our spec. Carvers were the ONLY one who proactively emailed and followed up with calls when they though they had a property coming up we'd be interested in. I would highly recommend Jonathan Howe (Carver building surveyor). The survey appointment was booked in a timely manner. They surveyor was very professional and respectful. He had good communication skills and explained the whole process in a lane man’s term. He patiently answered all my questions and even highlighted details about my building that I was not aware of before. The written report was completed in good time and was very thorough. I had a delay with the lenders which led to the expiration of the initial valuation. I requested an extension and he was kind to produce one when I needed it the most. I would give more than 5stars if I could.
