We didn't actually sell our house through Brown & Merry, but I wish we had. We dealt with them via our vendor and were fortunate enough to have Jamie supporting us, and we also had dealings with a couple of other members of his team. The team supported us in exactly the same way as Jamie. Nothing but professional, couldn't do enough to help, always came back to us as quickly as possible, were efficient and clear in their communications. Having recently exchanged, I don't relish the prospect of moving again in the near future but if we do, we'll give Jamie and his team a call, no question!

Charlotte Perry is an outstanding member of Brown & Merry in Tring. She was so very helpful in trying to get us an appointment to suit us to view a house. When we wanted to see it again she arranged for us to return and was so obliging. When my daughter and her partner wanted to see the house at the last minute Charlotte fitted them in despite being pressured with other appointments and work. Charlotte is an exceedingly helpful Estate Agent with a lovely manner; she knows when to step back and let prospective buyers look, discuss, and have time in making such an important decision in finding somewhere to live. We wish her well and thank her most sincerely. Jamie Dyson was also a very impressive member of staff too like Charlotte. He was very pleasant and helpful Estate Agent and knowledgeable like Charlotte. We thank him for his help.

Brown and Merry in Tring are brilliant. I had a great experience. Tom came round initially and was so kind. He was super friendly and gave me a top price for my maisonette. Then I got to meet both Marcus and Charlotte Perry, who would be selling my home. They were both lovely. Charlotte was amazing. She found a buyer and sold my place for the full price, before the photos had even been edited. Since then I've been dealing with Jamie and Yvonne over the phone and again, they are both friendly and professional. I'm moving to my new home next week and I can't thank these guys enough. They helped make the experience smooth and stress free. Thanks so much. 😊

Be careful with this agency…the agents are asking for part of deposit to “check your references “and they will tell you that you don’t pass and you will lose the money .They don’t provide you with information about the rejection which I find normal to have because you pay for them.Agent name that I deal is Eliot…very kind but also very sharp when you ask about explanations

I do not believe for one second that these guys are transparent. Having an appointment posponed by the estate agents for more than a week after an initial enquiry and then an appointment cancel because supposedly an investor had come in and made an offer prior to our conversations that was accepted before my initial viewing. I dont believe for a second that this is played fairly, never mind karma always comes back to bite those that deserve it. I have removed myself from their mailing list as a buy to let investor.
