When a property management company can’t communicate internally, everyone suffers, landlords, tenants, and the property itself. The incompetence I’ve just experienced is unbelievable. Avoid agencies that can’t even coordinate with their own teams. And not even an apology! -5 stars!

Excellent dealings so far with B&M BERKHAMSTED. Our house went on the market 4 weeks before CoVid 19 lockdown, Amir and his team have kept me updated throughout the last few weeks and have delivered high quality viewings. We have already accepted an offer only one week after viewing restrictions were lifted. Harry and Bobi also deserve a mention super professional and a joy to work with.

GoogleWell, I was really happy with them at the beginning, but they received the payment from the tenant on time and didn’t pay me for 13 days due to their slow internal payment process. I changed my rating from 5 to 3. I might drop it to 1 if they keep delaying payments.
