GoogleBlundells were really bad at feeding back information, that is until Sarah Peace took over the account. We had had many problems with the sale, Sarah worked very hard to resolve the situation and kept in touch with us evertime she spoke to someone. She chased solicitors, estate agents and the buyers in order to facilitate a speedy conclusion. Thank you Sarah

From the first visit from Leanne Reynolds who came to value my property, she helped me understand the next stages to putting my house up on the market and she did this ASAP. Maisie Higginbotham and Emily Ward have also been super helpful throughout the process of marketing my property. GoogleDisappointing. Great service to get my property rented out at the beginning. Year 2 annual payment due and dropped off their system so have had to chase this myself even though nearly £3,000 has been taken in management fees. Was told this would be looked in to, not heard anything and emails not responded to.

Nothing too much trouble, thorough walk through and photos, including tweeking the photos to our satisfaction! Leanne has great insight into the local market and valued well, and Sam, Jasmine and team kept us well informed with feedback and updates and always had time for our queries. Buying and selling during the pandemic added stress to an already stressful situation, but San and the team have been amazing, kept us up to date and helped us every step of the way. Really friendly and patient, but also very professional and took their time in answering all our questions. Very grateful for their help.

GoogleI originally called up and got a viewing within a few hours which was rather impressive to start with. I spoke with Taylor who was very friendly and professional on the phone, during the viewing I was greeted with some friendly faces who showed both me and my brother around the property I had raised a few small issues which were resolved instantly after they had spoken with the landlord. The referencing process was started the next day and emails between myself and the staff member named Taylah where replied to very quickly which shows a very high level of professionalism in my opinion. Unfortunately towards the end I was unable to take up the property and Taylah had offered to find somewhere else should I like the opportunity I really cannot fault this company and I'm not really sure why they have a few negative reviews, from my experience they've been spot-on from start to finish.
