I originally called up and got a viewing within a few hours which was rather impressive to start with. I spoke with Taylor who was very friendly and professional on the phone, during the viewing I was greeted with some friendly faces who showed both me and my brother around the property I had raised a few small issues which were resolved instantly after they had spoken with the landlord. The referencing process was started the next day and emails between myself and the staff member named Taylah where replied to very quickly which shows a very high level of professionalism in my opinion. Unfortunately towards the end I was unable to take up the property and Taylah had offered to find somewhere else should I like the opportunity I really cannot fault this company and I'm not really sure why they have a few negative reviews, from my experience they've been spot-on from start to finish. Thanks very much for the help

We had a stressful time as our sale took longer than usual due to unforeseen issues. After having a very bad experience with another local Estate Agent we were very wary about revisiting the whole selling and buying experience. However the team at Crystal Peaks soon put any of those fears to one side due to the excellent service and support received from them through the whole selling of our property and buying of our new home. Special mention to Alison, Katrina and Chris who looked after us by providing updates throughout the whole process and being very patient with our many questions.
