Extremely unprofessional company who are unable to take ownership for failing to call back about viewings dates. I called several times and also left a voicemail only for the staff to turn around and not provide any reasonable explanation of why I was ignored and nobody got back to me. I work for a professional regulatory body and thisis completely unacceptable service in my industry.

Very good to start with, then probably during lockdown heard very little and total lack of communication. Then accepted offer in July and again it seemed as though 'sold' now and solicitors job and lost contact. Chris has been excellent and took it on and then did keep in touch regularly. Solicitors v slow and hard to contact and would never recommend them.

Everyone who we have dealt with from the Crystal Peaks office have been really friendly, approachable and professional. We have been extremely impressed with how quickly our home went on the market from the initial valuation, taking photographs and getting it online - it feels like the team really work together to get things moving. We were so pleased to be receiving interest and viewings straightaway and continued to do so. Throughout the process we have been kept well informed with feedback and progress - and nothing seemed too much trouble when we had any questions, it feels like everyone couldn't do enough to help. We have used Blundells and Sue Pope a few times now! When we bought our first house and for new mortgage deals at the end of every mortgage. Sue offers excellent advice each time and always finds the best deal for you! Things are explained clearly and concisely! Communication between Blundells, Sue and ourselves via phone, email is always excellent. The whole mortgage and re-morgate process is really effective. There aren’t enough stars to rate the service received from Sarah, Rebecca, Jasmine and Chris. Surpassed other estate agents I had my house on the market with in terms of number of viewings, regular updates, advice on best marketing options, quick to update photos when needed to generate more viewings. Quality of photos were excellent. I didn’t feel just like a ‘number’ in terms of a sale, they genuinely were interested in us a family and fully understood our needs and urgency to sell. I couldn’t recommend this branch highly enough.
