They have been excellent from the first day I contacted them to even now when I can call them without any hesitation if I have any problems. I spoke on the phone with a staff member regarding a valuation of my property who informed me somebody else would get back to me via phone in order to book a date as she didn’t know the other staff member’s availability in her diary. I have never received such a call so am not impressed.
