I have been calling for over a week now and no one picks up. I even left behind my phone number behind and have still not gotten a call back. Its so unfair to be treated that way.

We have used Blundells as a letting agent, and recently to sell a Studio Apartment. I recommend them for their professional approach in all areas. The staff were really helpful and friendly, they made moving during a pandemic as stress free as possible, answering any queries we had about the property before moving, and responding to repairs in timely manner, over all we are more than satisfied with the support we are receiving.PositiveResponsiveness

I would absolutely recommend using Sue Pope, she found us an excellent mortgage, that was an exclusive offer to countrywide. Sue gave great advice, which was always detailled and helpful, all queries had quick responses, she went the extra mile to ensure that the whole process went smoothly.

We moved from Italy to Sheffield last year and we relied to Blundells for our research for a house, we did it and we are very happy about it. They always helped us, in every way for every our inquiry or doubt, always with kindness, courtesy and competence, and they're still doing it. With these few words I'd like to advise Blundells Crystal Peaks to all the people who are looking for a house to sell, to buy or to let.

After renting a house with Blundells for the past year we can safely say it will be the first and last house we do so with them. Their service has been absolutely appalling. Were have been left in a house with multiple leaks and problems that no one has bothered to come out to fix. When they have sent someone out, they have only made the problems worse and left it in a state. They're has been numerous leaks due to burst water pipes after plumbers came to 'fix' the shower etc. Even after water has been gushing through the ceiling where the fuse box is located, no one has been to fix it. Trying to get in touch with Blundells is almost impossible at times and when they say they will call you back, they rarely do. After many other problems and spending the last 6 weeks of living there with no hot water or electricity downstairs they have the cheek to not only refuse to pay any of the deposit back, but to also ask for more money on top of that due to mould, rent etc. I would highly recommend staying well clear of Blundells as they are utterly useless.

Worst experience... Irresponsible behaviour... I informed kitchen tap leakage one month ago but still not came any one for fix. Now my kitchen flooding even not ready to come and fix.

Its the most unknowingly agency they dont know whats happend with bond when send back, send confirmation email on acency email then they want the same email on a agent company email, also dont put all terms on the contract ....
