We had a valuation done on our home. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the valuer. The packages blundells had available sounded great. Unfortunately we decided not to sell our house. However we have still decided to use blundells for our mortgage. Micheal has been extremely helpful and factual and patient when it has come to us making our decisions. The lady who helped arrange the valuation I think her name was sarah? She was also lovely to speak to. If we do decide to sell in future, we will be using blundells.

Blundells has to be the most seamless letting agents i have come across since moving to the Uk because every single thing was easy with them from signing documents to getting proper explanations from them to giving advice appropriately…..In other words they made moving homes easy so i would recommend them 👌🏾👌🏾.I forgot to mention that i got a surprise gift from them too..i didn’t know you could get a welcome gift when you only renting a new home so that’s a plus for me too.Lastly i would like to thank Eloise from the Blundells’s team for making my experience hassle free .

It's got to be well over a year since I first decided to down size. I looked at different estate agents and decided on Blundells. Leanne came to value my home and she was curtious polite and very professional. All the staff were really nice and I felt comfortable every time I had to visit Blundells at Crystal Peaks. But one lady shone out Sarah Peace She was so attentive and knowledgeable she helped me fill in forms ,kept me updated on house enquiries and interest. I can never be more grateful for all the help she's given me as a single Women. Her enthusiasm for her job is second to none and I don't think I could have got through this house sale without her. She really is an asset to Blundells! Now im nearly ready to move house I just want yo say a big thank you too all the staff at Blundells but especially to Sarah you really are a shining star....I've given 5 stars but not enough I would give Sarah double that and I would recommend Blundells( and I have done) everytime. Thank you Sarah the kettle will be on with a chocolate brownie in a few weeks I'd love you to see my new home.

We would never considered been involved with a property purchase with Blundells again. Dreadful service from start to finish . From the moment we gave them an offer on the property to the day we pulled out I don’t believe anyone there had a clue what was happened with issues we was facing . Particularly was met with rude attitude and a complete disregard for customer service by samatha , who just lied to us weekly. We made contact with the seller in the end , who was again completely unaware of the issues been caused by Blundells and was also been lied to . In the end just pushing us to withdraw from the purchase. After purchasing another property from another local estate agent this has highlighted how much of a very poor service Blundells offered. A complete contrast to the way bell and co operate .

Viewing confirmed the same morning for 10:00. We arrived early and waited until 10:20, no one showed up. When I called at 10:20, I spoke to Mr Jonson, who said the viewing was “cancelled” and that they “couldn’t contact me”, which is not true, I had my phone with me all day and was fully reachable. He showed complete indifference and zero willingness to help or take responsibility. Wasted time, fuel, and had to leave work. This level of service is unacceptable and shows total disregard for clients. Avoid this agency.

Don’t do this often but thought this was well worth the review. William and Elissa were simply fantastic to interact with. I was half hour late and despite being last hour of a Friday and in to the evening, both of them were keen on helping me understanding the processes and allowed me to view the house. I would like to highly recommend Blendells Estate Agents at crystal peaks. From the first meeting with Leanne Reynolds I felt at ease. As a disabled person having someone who not only lives locally, but has years of experience in selling homes was very reassuring, I was making the right decision by putting my house on the market with a friendly helpful company. Having Emily Ward come to my home and help me fill out forms. They really can’t do enough to help and advise you accordingly.
