We had Leanne Reynolds over to come and value our property. She was totally professional and spent time with us to view our home and throughly go through the process explaining what they will do for us, she valued it at a price we was happy with. There was no pressure sale but left everything with us to make our decision in our own time. We have sold our house in 6/7 weeks at the asking price. I recently rented a property through blundells and they were absolutely brilliant. They were incredibly kind and patient with me as I am new to the property world. I dealt in particular with Taylah and Elysia and a lovely lady over the phone. The staff here have been absolutely superb with the sale of my mums house. Nothing has been too much trouble for anyone but especially Charly who at every point offers as much help as she can regardless of the query, all the time! I do not live near my mum and so when instructing Blundell’s I asked for them to look after her throughout the process as she is 77 and needed help with transport. The staff here simply came to her house and did it all there!! They are all friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We have another house we will need to sell - I will only use these guys - excellent service, thank you

Maisie.H has been fantastic in her follow up calls to enquire about our property requirement. As a portfolio Landlord, We (myself & my wife) are constantly looking out for deals/projects and I can assure you that Maisie from Blundell's regularly checks on us to enquire if we are still looking for properties. Other high street agents don’t do this. Yet to receive a call from them. We have built relationship with other high street estate agents and they know we are always looking for properties to add to our portfolio. We just receive an email from them and then that’s it!. Maisie’s regular calls to check on our requirement every other week just makes her and Blundell stand out from rest of the high street estate agents. We have built a great relationship with everyone at Crystal peaks branch and we just love interacting with them. Thanks Maisie. Once we agreed to sell our property with Blundells, the process was swift and organised. We went to blundells and let a property eckington area from blundells crystal peaks first hand experience was pleasant and easy process fast aswell HOWEVER our first problem we nearly got issued a section 8 bc landlord and agents said we could have a dog we got one they then changed there mind saying I wasn’t aloud dog get rid or we are evicting you under section 8 ….. so we got rid to keep the peace since we moved into the property we have had nothing but problems secondly we have a nightmare neighbour and of course we have complained about it …only to have the script flipped on us saying we are the ones making noise when we don’t make any noise apart from last night I told next door to stop banging on my walls and slamming shit around there property at 1am and screaming n shouting …. Iv spoken to blundells multiple times and each and every time they are very disrespectful and rude and I’m appalled at the service they provide for our landlord … he’s not much better himself but this is a blundells review do not recommend blundells service to anyone you will regret your experience…. We will be moving soon and going elsewhere that’s not through blundells at all
