Following a personal recommendation we reached out to Andrew Spurr at Blundells in July 2020 to assist us with finding a suitable mortgage that fitted our individual circumstances and requirements. Andrew was always very friendly polite and courteous as well as being very professional. He found us a suitable Mortgage at a very competitive rate and also assisted in finding great deals for the required insurance services. Lucy Milburn, our sales negotiator has been fantastic from the start. She viewed our house with the branch manager the day we signed with Blundells which was a nice touch and allowed Lucy to see the property in person and ask questions, given she would be the first contact from a perspective buyer it allowed her to give a first hand experience of the property. She also took time out to go through all the photo's with us and decide which would go on the website. Lucy is proactive, extremely professional, calm under pressure (we kept up a daily conversation with her), likeable, wants to do the best for her client, and gives an air of reassurance in her communications (both written and verbal). We are really happy with the service received from Blundells, I cannot recommend them enough. We were first time buyers buying our first home together and Blundells were representing the house we was buying. Chris Darlow was fantastic in managing my sale and keeping me updated. The mortgage advisor here (Sue - works with Countrywide) is absolutely fantastic and secured me a really strong mortgage deal despite my situation being somewhat complicated.
