GoogleLeanne was really brilliant from day one even coming to us late on a Friday evening out of work hours just so we could get our house on the market quickly. She was very thorough and by Tuesday morning our house was on line with some fantastic photos and a really good narrative on our property. Fingers crossed it won’t be long before we get some results.

GoogleI expected putting my house on the market would be stressful however Blundells made is as pain free as possible. Keeping me updated every week, chasing potential viewings. I have had to do bare minimum. All in all it took about 12 weeks for completion which gave me time to move all my belongings to my new home... Went as smooth as I'd hoped. GoogleMy property was placed on the market in Dec 2014 and a sale was agreed within weeks. Unfortunately, soon after a serious incident occurred involving my property with a vehicle impact causing extensive damage. Little did I know at the time that this would result in an 18 month dispute with the drivers insurance company resulting in my loss of sale. Throughout this difficult period, Blundells continued to support me in providing the necessary information as requested. After finally winning the legal battle with the drivers insurance company, several months elapsed whilst the property was being renovated to its original high standard. Blundells maintained their involvement in providing a very efficient and professional service throughout and the house was placed on the market once again. Thought every stage of the process, totalling 785 days, I was updated continuously by Chris (Sales Negotiator) who provided me with all the information and kept me well informed on a regular basis. Every aspect of the house sale from start to finish was handled by Blundells superbly and I cannot praise them or thank them enough for their excellent customer service. Definitely worth using if you are in this part of Sheffield. Thank you once again to Chris and the team!

GoogleWe had the best of after service support from the team and they were very helpful during our house hunt. They kept in touch and constantly provided feedback regarding our new home. GoogleIf you looking for a mortgage advisor I have used Sue Pope at Blundells for years, she really good not only does she find me a great deal (save has save me money everytime I have needed to renew my mortgage) Sue really friendly and always checked that I understand everything.
