YellWorst property viewing experience
I viewed a property (terraced house) with Truuli at Croydon CR0 arranged by Miss AA on 11 March 2023. Didn't receive any call asking about the feedback. I emailed, no reply. Emailed through Zoopla, no reply. On 21 March 2023, received a phone call and later received the offer form. Placed an offer and no feedback. Noticed in Zoopla that the property was Sold STC after a few days. On 07 April 2023, noticed the property came back to the market again. Thanks to almighty that I didn't go for this purchase or my offer was not accepted. So unfriendly and demotivated attitude from the Truuli Property Expert (named above). Wasted my time. First time viewing with Truuli was unsuccessful as a Squatter came out from the house with a big dog and we were around 10 people waiting to view the property. Couldn't even view the property on 23 July 2022. Why did the property expert invite so many people for viewing the property at the same time?!! Never find any other Estate Agents in the UK!!

Nana, only If I could give you 1000%I recently used Truuli to rent out my property in South London and my lettings officer Nana, was a gem, he was very knowledgeable about the area and recommended tenants, he really went above and beyond to secure me tenants for my property, previous letting officers have always disappointed me but Nana and Truuli were excellent, great service Nana, hope you stay like this throughout our business, this letting officer Nana and his office I would recommend for their professionalism and great service

I was reluctant to go through Truuli who are not a very well known estate agents compared to some of the other big name players, however I now have no regrets and I would do so again when I am ready to purchase another property. Sometimes it is good to trust your instincts. Michael Anthony and Truuli offered such a personalised fantastic service and from first viewing the property to completion it only took a couple of months. A well deserved 5 stars.

Leigh and Akuwa have been stars, very proactive in finding genuine buyers within a few days of our properties going on the market. Professionals with a personal engagement throughout the transaction, which is rare in the industry. They effectively liaised between solicitors for both parties, and we were promptly informed of any developments. They also helped in arranging their own contractors to sort out some certifications at very competitive rates.Highly recommended, and will definitely be using them to sell and buy in the future.

Working through this process with Ryan felt like me searching for and buying my incredible new flat with my family. He was always on the other end of the phone whenever I needed him. Mr. Leigh helped us to find our first house few years ago and now he is on board with us again for a second one. He is the most kind estate agent I’ve ever met. He took us patiently and showed us many houses until we found the one we were looking for. Never pushed for any deal, just waited smiling to make up our minds.
