I can honestly say that I have never met a more professional, hard working Estate agent. Seth Oppong does not fit the stereotype of Estate agent. He was knowledgeable about the properties I viewed, was able to recommend excellent legal advice for the conveyancing and was able to get things moving when they stalled. I felt that he was working hard to meet the needs of both myself and the vendor. He truly made the experience a pleasant one despite the unfortunate outcome.

Really friendly and more importantly listens to what you want! Seth asked me what are the things I want in a property and instead of taking my blind to properties I didn't want to see, he sent me a huge listing of things I could be interested in (where there were a few properties on there I wanted to see). On the day, he was happy to drive us to all the places and also to our last viewing with was with a competitor. Such a refreshing experience! When I am ready to sell and buy a new place I will be coming back! Such a wonderful experience and a brilliant verity of property all with the same style we wanted. Very happy customer.

My partner and I found our first property on Truuli before the pandemic and were expected to move out of our rental property by mid-July. The seller was also expected to move from her property in a very short timeframe, as she was bound to a chain. Despite the pressure of three timelines and a pandemic, our Truuli estate agent, Leigh, handled all sides of the matter - from the viewings to the offer to the final negotiations - and was hands-on desk. He has remained available for all enquiries and advice at any time of the day and weekends, made sure that we were all getting the best possible situation and coordinated our move with professionalism and friendliness.It was 'truuli' a great experience with Leigh!

We liked Leigh from Truuli immediately. He was open, very personable, enthusiastic and we knew immediately that we wanted Truuli to act as our sole agent. Service is super efficient but never pushy and we felt we were really listened to. The viewing process was very smooth and our house was sold in just a few days. We couldn't have been happier with Truuli, and Leigh in particular, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
