I am very disappointed with the service rendered to me during the end of my tenancy with your agent. There is a very big gap in your communication system , information are not taken seriously but you can send rent reminder before the end of the month which goes to show that you need the money more without looking into issues raised by your client. We had serious mould issues on the property which was duely communicated. 2months notice to leave the property was email to your company as stated in the agreement we signed and Mr Nana Akoto your agent was also informed. We asked him get us another property which he promised to do, unfortunately the properties avaliable to view which Nana Akoto sent to us does not meet what we wanted, we got a better property that we like, asked for reference and vacates the property on the 29th of december 2025 with Mr Nana fully aware, it was really surprising to me that Mr Nana refuse to collect the keys to the property asking us to give it to the landlord just because they had our 5weeks deposit to refund. We contacted the landlord he said he was not aware we are leaving the property but Mr Nana confirmed he knows about our leaving.Obviously there was no communication between your agent and the landlord concerning all the issues raised. All i need is the refund of my 5weeks deposit as soon as possible..

I honestly didn’t have high expectations from the process but I shouldn’t have worried. Leigh is single handed the reason why the sale completed. His honesty, transparency and genuine desire to help all parties involved meant the difference between walking away and staying to find a solution. When your estate agent genuinely cares, it makes the process all the more pleasant. I’m not sure I’ll be selling my new property anytime soon, but Truuli (and specifically Leigh!) will be my go to partners on this! Thanks a million, Leigh!

I usually don’t write reviews but I am just in awe and wanted to let everyone know of the amazing and excellent level of professionalism and knowledge that Annie Ryland has shown me and my husband with the purchase of our new house. She was spot on with the location of the property and provided us with detailed description of the surrounding areas and answered all of our questions with ease. I was at first nervous about going through an online agent but meeting her was like a breath of fresh air because she made us comfortable with her cheerful and bubbly personality. I recommend Truuli to anyone! They are professional and provide excellent customer service! I had my property on the market since Sept 2023 & only manage to complete in Nov 2024. A sale fell through - buyer pulled out due to inefficient solicitors and the slow pace. I changed estste agents & employed Truuli to help sell my house. Within 2 weeks I had another buyer. Ryan Morgan was exceptional with ensuring my next buyer did not pull out. Ryan was constantly chasing all parties concerned & kept me updated throughout the process. I have recommended Truuli to friends & family.

I cannot thank Truuli enough for helping me sell my house. Ryan was friendly, helpful and supportive from start to finish. It was my first time selling and he really helped with the process. I honestly can’t think of a single negative. If you’re selling your house, I’d highly recommend you sell with Ryan at Truuli. I also used Jo at Taylor Rose as my solicitor, who Ryan recommended. And she was incredible. Together, they made the perfect selling team.

The communication is great, very clear, honest and I wasn't inundated with queries or info. Absolutely unprofessional from start to finish. After spending money on surveys and searches, I was bullied with rude emails, ignored on key decisions, and forced to accept dates with no consultation. The worst, being told to leave my home of 21 years in just one week. Their disregard for clients is shocking. I strongly advise avoiding this estate agency.

These dates are agreed directly between the buyer and the seller through their respective solicitors and exchange can only take place once both parties have formally given authority. Any completion date would therefore have been pre-agreed by both sides, not set by us. Our experience started really well. Ryan was friendly, and attentive and worked really hard to get our property sold. Unfortunately, we were disappointed when he attempted a 'Hard sell to persuade us to use his recommended Solicitor for conveyancing at 3 times the price of the Solicitor we finally chose. Such a shame as things started so well but this left a VERY SOUR taste.

The local conveyancers recommended to you have a track record in providing a reliable and efficient service that sees transactions through quicker than the current UK average of 12 weeks. As our vendor, we act in your best interests not only to achieve the best possible price for your home but also to minimise the chances of losing your buyer by facilitating a swift transaction. It was a pleasure working with you to sell your wonderful home. I would highly recommend Truuli and Ryan MorganRyan is a very friendly and approachable person and I was able to contact him with any queries especially as I have never sold a property before.Selling a house can be a very stressful process and Ryan made the process alot less stressful and he did an amazing job selling our property. He would always communicate with me regarding viewings he had arranged and would follow up with an email to keep us updated.After being very disappointed with another well known estate agency, working with Truuli showed me that not all estate agents are the same and Truuli showed that they are professional and accessible with their clients and genuinely care.I also dealt with Nana on lettings who also showed his professionalism and patience.I would like to say a big thank you to Ryan for the service he provided.I would 100% recommend Ryan, Nana and Truuli.

Questionable ethics and as a prospective buyer, I had a terrible experience with Truuli. Dishonest and unresponsive (even after acceptance of offer), they'll leave hanging for days with no update. And.do NOT speak to their mortgage adviser (Lifetime Mortgages) no matter how much they insist. They'll tell you that it's needed for financial checks but they are really there to pressure you into making higher offers (but they willl deny that).Their strategy works well for their clients (home sellers) but not for home buyers (cash cows/just another number)Edit after Truuli's response: Prospective Buyers be warned again !!!!.....Gazumping is a practice you will experience with rogue agents like Truuli. Several estate agents frown upon this practice and are more respectful of buyers. Truuli claim they do not encourage gazumping but the experience I had with them proved me otherwise. They made absolutely no attempt to contact me from the moment my offer was "accepted" by the seller. In fact, they left me hanging for several days, ignoring all my calls and emails and only got back to me when they managed to get higher offers.They use rogue financial advisers/mortgage brokers (the one I dealt with was Katy Eatenton) to get you "financially checked" but these "advisers" are only interested in assessing your affordability to put pressure on you to make higher offers. Beware of their agents (Seth, Michael) who are very skilled at conning first-time buyers.Happy house hunting!

In our role as intermediaries we have an obligation to try and achieve the best possible price for anyone whom instructs us to sell their property, as well as being legally obliged to put all offers received forward to a seller. On this occasion our seller decided to go with a higher offer as there had been no costs incurred by you thus far. We have made multiple attempts to contact you since your offer was rejected, both via the telephone and e-mail. Whilst we are sympathetic you have been unsuccessful with your offer, our seller has advised you are more than welcome to increase your offer for the property should you wish to do so. Once again, we are sincerely sorry you have been unhappy with the service you received and wish you all the best in your search for a suitable property.

We can highly recommend Truuli for their professional and friendly service. Ryan is very friendly, personable and approachable, always takes the time listening to requests and queries. He is highly knowledgeable and has done an amazing job selling our flat during difficult market conditions. He got constant viewings through the door and secured multiple offers. The sales process took longer than expected due to circumstances out of everyones control but Ryan was very patient, reassuring and helpful, keeping us and the buyers informed regularly. When he went on holiday, he informed us before and did a proper handover. His colleagues dealt with matters as efficient and friendly during his absence.Overall we cannot recommend Truuli highly enough. They are really a welcome change compared to other estate agents that we spoke to before thankfully appointing Truuli.

This is my first time using Estate Agents to search for rented accommodation. I tried several other property agents for weeks but was unsuccessful and I was disappointed with their customer services and nearly gave up until a colleague directed me to Truuli Estate and Letting Agents through Leya Ricketts, one of the staff with Truuli. It was like God used Leya Ricketts and Truuli to provide me with the kind of accommodation I was searching for at Waddon Road, Croydon, which has a beautiful garden. What I needed to provide as a tenant to rent a house and how to go about it were all provided by Leya Ricketts through her professional guidance; it was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. The manner and way she explained everything about the property renting convinced me that Leya Ricketts is a property agent with a sound knowledge of her job and a real sense of professional customer service. Leya Ricketts guided me throughout the process through her consistent hard work and honest approach, together with the support of her other colleagues at Truuli, until I secured the needed accommodation. I will always recommend Truuli to my friends and colleagues as I am sure they can always get first-class services from Truuli regarding property lettings. Leya Ricketts and her colleagues at Truuli have actually made it look like a walk in the park for me in an initial experience that was really stressful with other Estate Agents. When looking to sell a property, you look for someone proactive, trustworthy, and who knows the local market very well. This is what we found in Ryan Morgan, from Truuli Croydon. While other agents had inflated its value hoping we would sell our flat through them at a higher price, Ryan provided a realistic valuation of our flat from the outset. (The value of your property is only the price people are prepared to pay for it, in the end). We quickly had a lot of interest in our flat. Ryan was our point of contact from start til end, organising and attending visits, always getting feedback, contacting as many people as possible to find the right person, up to the moment we found our buyer. Ryan did not stop there, liaising with solicitors until the deal was done. Ryan was always on the ball, chasing, answering emails and SMS to provide updates, never letting us down, keeping everybody in the loop, and providing advice and clear insight on what was happening. Ryan is also a lovely person to deal with: happy by nature, positive, very knowledgeable about his role and the market, and he strives to do his very best for his clients.We could not have chosen a better agent for the sale of our flat.
