Annie showed myself and my friend around several properties. I found Annie to be really engaging and really wanted listened to and understand what we wanted. Annie was really helpful and wanted to find us a property we love rather than try and push any property on us like some estate agents. I would definitely recommend them.

A Truuli outstanding service by Matthew Keddo! He has been absolutely excellent throughout this whole process, even when times got difficult he managed to coordinate all parties through a difficult process towards the end. We have managed to move from Wallington and found our new home and it would not of been possible without his help. I must add he even managed to sell our property without it going online which the other agent never managed to do, over the course of 4 months. Will definitely recommend Matthew and the Truuli company! All the best Matthew!

Shelley was extremely honest and helpful. She came prepared with information on the flat and where she wasn't sure, she followed up via email. She was honest about what needed work, as well as the good points of the flat. She was really accommodating with timings and didn't rush us at all while remaining fair to the buyer too.Shelley's warm and friendly personality makes you feel like you're being shown around by a family friend! She was also very helpful with processes and recommendations, and is very quick to reply.

David was also great at talking about the property as well as answering all the questions I had patiently, and I had quite a few of them. We met with a number of estate agents before deciding on Truuli. We immediately got a warm and honest feeling about Ryan.Whilst most pitched a similar marketing strategy and commission fee, we felt that Truuli could offer a more personable service, and we're so glad we opted for a smaller firm.We only dealt with Ryan from start to finish and he was superb. He understood our needs and was realistic about price. It would have been easy to try and win the business by marketing the property at an overinflated price, but he knew the market well and managed our expectations. His approach was refreshing.The transaction ended up being very drawn out due to incompetent solicitors, but Ryan was there every step of the way reassuring us and ensuring we were always informed. In fact, he ended up doing more than the solicitors!I cannot recommend Truuli highly enough, and in particular Ryan Morgan. We wouldn't list with any other agent in the future.

David Cole has looked after us from start to finish and has kept us in the know throughout the entire letting process. I honestly cannot speak highly enough about David and his team at Trulli. I came to Truuli after bad experiences with 2 very popular high street estate agents and being on the market for almost 18 months. The reason it was taking so long was mainly due to cladding crisis following Grenfell and although my flat was exempt from needing an EWS1, I had a lot of trouble selling it and no real support from previous estate agents. As soon as I switched to Truuli, I met with Ryan and he was a breath of fresh air. He was positive and extremely on the ball with what he was doing. Ryan was always on the end of the phone and easy tocommunicate with and in no time at all I had interest from buyers and it finally completed a few days ago! I am so relieved and so very thankful for Ryan's support after such a difficult time.This is going to sound cheesy, but hewas more than an estate agent to me, he was my rock during this process! I cannot recommend Ryan and the team from Truuli enough and I am recommending them to everyone I know.

Ryan at Truuli managed to find a buyer for the property after two other well known agencies had failed. It took longer than we hoped, but Truuli consistently booked more viewings than the other two agents and Ryan kept to his word and made sure we had a constant flow of information all the way through to completion. We felt the service was best with Trulli and their fees very competitive, so would be happy to recommend Ryan and Trulli.
