I must commend the whole team at Truuli but I wanted to put in a special mention for my Agent - Seth Oppong. His professional yet friendly manner and ability to get the job done is second to none. He worked tirelessly with us to get our property sold and was always on hand to give his professional advice and a listening ear when needed. Selling and buying a property can be an emotional and stressful experience but having Seth as our agent ensured we had representation and he had our best interests at heart. His ability to keep calm and ask and answer the right questions made our experience so much better - having worked with a few other agents from other companies ( that shall remain nameless) who did not express the same qualities made Seth outshine them. His exceptional sales and negotiation skills got the job done and we will definitely call on him and Truuli again in a heartbeat should the need arise and we have been referring our friends and colleagues to the Truuli team and will continue to for the exceptional service he provides. Exceptional and Amazing service

After a previous bad experience with another estate agent we were disheartened. However we decided to switch to Truuli and were reasured. With in a week of making contact, Truuli managed to sell our house above the asking price with exceptional customer service throughout. Leigh especially provided service of the highest standard. He kept us up to date every step of the way, whist providing important guidance and advice during the whole process. Leigh was very knowledgable and experienced and this was clearly demonstrated throughout. The amazing Olivia who was so warm, pleasant exstremley professional and trust worthy. We left our house in her hands for the open day. As promised the house sold for over the asking price. True to their name they were Truuli: exceptional, professional, honest, trust worthy with amazing customer service. I was not kept up to date with the sales process, I also had a male estate agent let himself into my property unannounced (and wondered why I was upset), and they failed to notify me of serious issues relating to the financial situation of the buyer until less than two weeks before the completion date. They have also failed to provide a respond to a formal complaint made.

This review is about the service I got from recently from Truuli Croydon Branch and in particular Leigh Thomas when I was selling my property.From start to finish the service was excellent. Leigh was very professional and his experience shone through, he has very good knowledge of the property market in the local area and gave sound advice when he came to view and value the property.Once the property was on the market the viewings were frequent, and I liked the fact that I got feedback from potential buyers after each viewing. Before too long an offer came in from a buyer and I got good advice from Leigh to help with decisions about how to take this forward.Truuli was able to provide commendable end to end service, even recommending solicitors to undertake the conveyancing (whom I have to say were also excellent!).Overall I am a very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend Truuli if you want a professional and efficient estate agent to deal with the sale of your property.Thank you Truuli, thank you Leigh 😊

These guys are great

We couldn't have asked for better service. Michael Anthony was with us through every step of the process, including going above and beyond to give us advice about the properties we were looking to move on to. Overall we'd highly recommend them as agents. They helped us pitch the price just right so that rather than being yet another price-reduced house, we ended up being the subject of a bidding war. The photography for the place was great, and the marshalling of viewings into manageable chunks was very helpful. Good communication is key in these things, and that something that Michael did very well. Selling your house is a nerve-wracking, long slog. Truuli made it a lot less so.

Great Team, Brilliant Experience

From my initial discussions with Leigh, Michael and the team, through to the exchange processs, it was a great experience all around. For selling my property the team provided regular updates, sent SMS/Emails about viewings, and really had a go-getter attitude when it came selling my property. I felt fully informed throughout every step of the process, and they were always on hand to answer any of my questions. The whole team are very professional , courteous, and made me feel at ease throughout the sale of my property. Having experienced a rather lack lustre attitude from other estate agents, Trulli were a refreshing change. The Best Estate Agency South of The River

Truuli Estates is a phenomenal agency way ahead of its competitors. I know this because I tried three agencies before Michael Anthony knocked on my door.Where other agencies “talk” they actually “do”. Amazing service, polite and got the job done!

Truuli sold my property in 1 week. Had 21 viewings and 3 offers in 7 days. I was blown away considering having only 4 viewings with a previous agent on for 3 months! The outcome was amazing but what impressed me the most was the courtesy and professionalism of all the staff. When I called they were friendly and understanding. I was in a chain and so it was important to sell quickly. I called up often and no one ever made me feel like I was annoying them they understood and assured me they would do their best to sell my property and keep me updated. Leigh always kept me up to date up until completion. Leigh was reassuring, calm, professional and he put up with me bugging him for updates all the time. Leigh you are a star and I have already told my friends about you. I usually don’t write reviews but I had to this time because Leigh and the Truuli team were just amazing. Would highly reccomend!

Would highly reccomend Truuli, especially Michael Anthony. He went above and beyond for us, getting us two offers for our property after the first day of viewings. When the sale fell through (through no fault of Mike) he pulled another offer out the bag and was involved right through to completion, liaising with both solicitors to get the sale over the line. Well deserved praise

We met Leigh Thomas from Truuli, as he was the estate agent for the property we eventually bought. Although we were not initially taken with the house, Leigh convinced us to have a viewing. When we saw it in person, we fell in love. Because of Leigh’s persistence, we now have our ideal home. After the offer on our flat fell through, so impressed were we with Truuli in regards to the house sale, we decided to relist our flat with them (we had been with an online agency). Fantastic Estate Agency!

Truuli and especially Michael were amazing when it came to selling our property. We had tried using another established estate agent before but had lost the sale and felt that they weren't quite as engaged as we would have liked. That wasn't a problem at all with Truuli, Michael went above and beyond to support us through our sale, arranging for electrical and gas checks/surveys to be completed when we weren't able to get back to London due to covid lockdown. Michael was extremely knowledgeable about the market, realistically priced our property, arranged numerous viewings, provided feedback on the viewings, and after offer, ensured the sale stayed on track and in line with expected timescales. Worst property viewing experience

I viewed a property (terraced house) with Truuli at Croydon CR0 arranged by AA (Truuli Property Expert) on 11 March 2023. Didn't receive any call asking about the feedback. I emailed, no reply. Emailed through Zoopla, no reply. On 21 March 2023, received a phone call and later received the offer form. Placed an offer and no feedback. Noticed in Zoopla that the property was Sold STC after a few days. On 07 April 2023, noticed the property came back to the market again. Thanks to almighty that I didn't go for this purchase or my offer was not accepted. So unfriendly and demotivated attitude from the Truuli Property Expert (name mentioned above). Wasted my time. This was my second property viewing with Truuli, the first one was unsuccessful as a Squatter came out from the house with a big dog and we were around 10 people waiting to view the property. Couldn't even view the property on 23 July 2022. Why did the property expert invite so many people for viewing the property at the same time?!! Never find any other Estate Agents in the UK!!
