TrustpilotMost kind estate agent in South London!
Mr. Leigh helped us to find our first house few years ago and now he is on board with us again for a second one. He is the most kind estate agent I’ve ever met. He took us patiently and showed us many houses until we found the one we were looking for. Never pushed for any deal, just waited smiling to make up our minds. He was always available and adjusted his schedule to fit ours one, which was a very busy one at that time. So, thank you for helping us again Mr. Leigh! 🙏🙏Looking forward to embarking on our next journey!

TrustpilotSuperb support from Shelley
I've just completed a house sale after many months of hassle with the buyers, ex-husband and conveyancers. The only person who was holding everything together, moving things forward and making sure everything was done was Shelley, our estate agent. She showed a superb support, stamina and professionalism in all the questions. As she promised in the beginning, she managed to find buyers super quickly and then handled all the communication smoothly and with maximum attention. Thank you, Shelley! I wouldn't have managed without you.

We had a very good experience with Leigh from Truuli. He was always available when we needed information and advice. As a swift communication was paramount for our purchase, he helped a lot to mediate between the solicitors and us. We highly recommend Leigh. Kind regards

TrustpilotAbsolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service from Ryan Morgan who kept us updated throughout the whole process. He even chased the solicitors when slow and was very much engaged in helping us sell our home. We opted to do the viewings ourselves which worked for us and he negotiated on our behalf. For others selling their home I would highly recommend them instead of going through a traditional agent.Couldn’t fault them!

TrustpilotRecently completed..
Recently sold through Truuli after a protracted sale as a result of EWS related drama. Ryan in particular is a very likeable chap and very easy to build a good relationship with. Took feedback well, was reliable with comms and always on time for viewings etc. Always came across as honest, hardworking and professional. Whether by skill, luck or good judgement, he managed to keep our buyer onside throughout the process from Nov to April and got us through to completion. Very much appreciated and would happily deal with Ryan and Truuli again.

TrustpilotNana from Truuli Croydon office…
Nana from Truuli Croydon office organised finding a new tenant for my rental. At all times Nana responded to my calls and emails straight away making communication and the whole process simpler and much easier. The reason I left my previous letting agent was their slowness to respond. Not so with Truuli so am very happy with their service so far.
