First class agents and in particular Leigh Thomas! From start to finish he was professional and polite. Keep us informed every step of the way, and was there to help when it started to get really stressful. If you are selling in Croydon or Thornton Heath then these guys are the only agent you need to call.

TrustpilotWould recommend
I chose Truuli when putting my flat up for sale as Leigh was the most prepared and professional of all the agents I saw, and really clear with the covid restrictions. The flat sold quickly and I felt supported at every step. I'd recommend to others and use Truuli again. Very responsive and helpful agents.

TrustpilotVery easy house purchase!
Very easy process and my house purchase was completed within 3 months of the offer.Seth was very good during the whole process and regularly chased on my behalf as the buyer. If you want to get a quick response, they tend to respond faster via phone rather than email.

TrustpilotEfficient and professional
I contacted four local estate agents when I wanted to sell my property in Croydon. Two of them did not reply at all and the other replied after one week. Truuli replied within 2 hours and arranged for a valuation to be carried out 2 days later. On the day of the valuation, Leigh Thomas came and checked over the property. He gave me a valuation, explained the process going forward and the agencies fees. I was impressed by his thoroughness and friendly approach. I agreed to sign up with Truuli and within a week the photos were taken, the property advertised and the first viewings organised. Very impressive.Leigh Thomas became invaluable ln the ongoing process, which due to an awkward first time buyer, took longer than it should have. His patience and perseverance saved the day.
