After a poor experience with a previous agent with my property on the market for 5 months without selling and a severe lack of viewings even during the January "rush", Truuli and Ryan Morgan took over at speed and managed to get loads of viewings sorted really quickly. Within 10 days I had two offers at asking price, one of which I accepted. I then was able to exchange within 8 weeks.The brilliantly friendly nature, consistent and easy communication, his persistence in sorting any issues, explaining how he worked and then following it up as he said shows that there are really good estate agents out there who really work hard for the vendor.I'm slightly gutted that he isn't the person who was dealing with the purchase of our next property, but I would highly recommend Truuli and Ryan to anyone in the Croydon area.

Selling during the pandemic was not ideal. After a year with the same agent I decided to change and that's when I was introduced to Michael Anthony. He reassured me and restored my faith and within days my flat was sold. From start to finish I completed within 3 months Michael was always professional a first class service, I would highly recommend Truuli.
