I met Oliver 'Ollie' from the Addiscombe Branch at a viewing about 2 weeks ago. As I walked through the doors of the property I knew it wasn't for me (the property had only just come on the market and so pics weren't available when I was contacted to view it). Anyways, I told Ollie what my requirements were and he then said, oh, we have 2 other properties I can show you today. These weren't booked in, but he made time to then show me those properties in the afternoon. Unfortunately, neither were for me.

Abhiram is a great property manager. He has always been helpful if I had any issues in the flat and getting it sorted out by speaking to the relevant person. When me and my husband first moved in the flat, when I called him to tell him that I did not have a post room key and a bin key, he was very quick by letting the landlord know and we got our post room key and bin key very quickly. Overall, Abhiram has been great and I have found him really helpful

I am Ukrainian refugee coming to UK 7 months ago.It was not easy for me to find the landlords which would be happy to accept my documents. What a team!! Kristen is an absolute blessing. She listened to every detail, only showed us houses that met our needs, but did not stop there as she went way beyond to ensure we found the absolute perfect rental home that ticked every box. Emma then stepped in guiding us to ensure we got the home by making the checks and paperwork seem effortless, but we know how much work these two Angels must have put in behind the scene to get this all sorted and meet our timeline. Cannot thank or recommend Streets Ahead enough.

Streets ahead is the only estate agent I have met that keeps potential tenants updated on available properties until they get one. I mean I didn't have to continue searching the internet after contacting them for the first time. That saved me a lot of stress and time. I really appreciate the care and concern I got from Joshua Parsley and Emma, they were heaven sent angels. Without saying a word, Josh figured out my taste. Josh is really awesome at customer satisfaction.

GoogleA mixed review. Tom Wright in lettings: fantastic. He salvaged a professional relationship I was ready to abandon. Everyone else: Meh. Their lack of accountability & poor comms were the reasons I’d gotten to that point. Businesses like this need people with good customer skills higher up, overseeing the teams. Hope that happens.

Overall the company was fine during the majority of our tenancy. However, a poorly managed systems upgrade left Streets Ahead unable to make any payments during the early part of December. This included being unable to return our deposit in the timeframe they gave us.There was no communication made to us initially about the issue or the expected delay, forcing us to repeatedly chase for any information about our deposit.Their incompetent management of the issue has made it unlikely that I would ever willingly work with streets ahead again.
