GoogleAvoid Cubitt & West Purley if you can!!! Lucy and Tom made it was clear I wasn't worth their time as a first time buyer looking for a small property. They often didn't reply to me, and when I chased they were rude and flippant. They made rude comments and digs at me. I escalated a complaint as far as I could, but it speaks volumes about Cubitt & West that they would employ staff like this in the first place, let alone keep them on when these issues are brought to their attention.
