Big shout out to Thomas Goodchild (of lettings and customer care) who is always there when I need him. Last time it was my shower and this time (through no fault of my own) it was my engagement ring that fell down the drain. I was absolutely devastated and so I got through to Thomas who called me to arrange the plumber to come as quickly as he can. Within a day the swift arrangements were made and then Thomas also phoned me after to check that everything had been sorted out for me. I'm so grateful for him always being on hand to sort out all my maintenance issues whenever I have any. He's awesome. Thank you so much for all the excellent service you have provided!

Cubitt were great from the start of the process to the end. Zoe sold the company well, explained the process and organised some fantastic photographs. The sales team were efficient and communicated well during viewings. After a quick sale Julie oversaw the progress of the chain and kept us regularly informed. Moving is a difficult experience and Cubitt made it as stress free as possible, would recommend to anyone selling their home.

We have been dealing with a lovely lady called Lilly Palmer, we are in the process of relocating from East Sussex to Hampshire, and selling our flat to my brother. The Cubitt & West branch we used were absolutely fantastic. Always there when we needed them and always the most helpful, especially when we had any questions or issues. My only personal issue with the company would be their use of a certain solicitors. I was deeply unhappy with their recommendation of solicitors who they recommended. You may say that I could have got my own but at that moment, being a first time buyer, I felt very much pushed into that choice. Things were great with the company themselves though. We were assigned Julie to help us and she's been absolutely spectacular. The amount of calls I've made to her to moan is frankly ridiculous but shes always been there to help, to explain what's going on and why, and to be that voice of reason when we needed it most. Very happy to have worked with her and if the review was just for her, it would have been an easy 5*!

The experience of dealing with this firm was great in every way possible. After our dreadful experience with another letting firm in the area, it was a question of 'chalk and cheese'. The letting team of Ciaron and Ava in their Brighton, Lewis Road letting branch, was exemplary in every possible way. They both responded clearly to our many questions. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They made our letting process a pleasure. As I am writing this review for 'Trustpilot' the only negative thought I have is their star grading system where five stars is the highest one can go. If I were able I would go way beyond the five stars. A massive 'Thank you' to both Ciaron and Ava. The firm of Cubitt and West has wonderful reviews on 'Trustpilot' and those reviews are entirely merited.

When i moved into my current property it had issues, quite bad ones and the person who was dealing with the maintenance didnt actually do his job, he found excuse after excuse and thats how it was for 6 weeks, then I requested someone else take over from this person who just sat on his hands, i was passed onto a lovely lady, shame I cannot name names, but she is incredible, she got things done, no excuses, no sitting around and she actually phoned me back with updates, I just want to say a big thank you to this person (B***a), you are fantastic at your job, very professional, fast to get things done, no BS, here's your flowers 💐🌹 by the way, thank you for everything you have done, all issues resolved, your amazing 😊
