Just want to give credit where credit is due. We have recently sold our property and have begun our search for our new home without any success so far. I have been in touch with various estate agents who have all been brilliant, however Zak has been outstanding. He has been in contact regularly, checking in for updates and sending any new properties over to us.

Id recommend Cubitt and West for anyone wanting to sell their home. The whole team went above and beyond to make the experience as stress free and as positive as possible for my elderly mum. They couldn't of done more to support her and even going beyond their job description to help her organise and fill in paperwork. Truly a 5* service where kindness wasnt just because they were being paid. Honestly wonderful human beings.

Mia Savva, the sales manage was lovely to deal with, friendly, sincere and genuinely helpful. Before I registered with Cubitt and West I spoke to another leading estate agent in the area, by contrast they were brusque, pushy, unhelpful and seemingly not interested in my property requirements. GoogleWe have just recently exchanged on a property being sold with Cubitt & West and cannot praise them enough! After a bad run with local estate agents (Failed chains, poor communication and transparency) we were quite frankly dreading the house buying process. BUT C&W have been amazing from start to finish. Special mentions to Zofia and our progressor Sophie who have been on the ball throughout. Also a big thanks to Kurran with his enthusiasm and great customer care. We hope we won’t be on the market anytime soon.. but if we do return we will most definitely be working the Cubitt team .

Having placed our property with another agent and having wasted close to 6 months, we moved to C&W and quite quickly they had found us a very suitable buyer and the sale progressed well through to completion. Thanks to Scott Buchanan, Brian Sparrow and the rest of the team, what is usually a complex process progressed well and everything was done and dusted in about 4 months.

GoogleZofia has been wonderful - from the get go! She’s so switched on - enthusiastic and accommodating. She’s really guided us on the initial search and complete set up of buying. She even arranged a chat with Liam their in house financial advisor for FREE - who’s also been fantastic - and extremely informative. She also introduced us to our new solicitors - and after speaking with Elliot - who explained DJ Law’s buying and selling process- we decided to switch - plus they have a very competitive rate. I’m only giving 4 stars at the moment - as we haven’t found our dream house yet - but if anyone can find it - it’s Zofia! Once we’ve completed I’m sure I’ll be back on here praising her even more! GoogleCubitt and West Purley have been brilliant. We put an offer in on a house before we had put ours on the market. Tom and Mia worked tirelessly to market our house and managed to arrange loads of viewings within such a short space of time. Our property sold within a number of weeks and we are now moving into our new home. Tom and Mia have been brilliant and their passion for getting the best for the seller is clear to see and certainly pays off. I would highly recommend Tom and Mia to anyone looking to sell.
